The store was clean, well organized, and merchandised well. For a weekend, they were understaffed and customers galore, so the wait time in line was long but once we got to the register, the service was friendly, prompt, and efficient. She turns abruptly to go back to her paperwork, and replies "no problem" with a dismissive tone. The "greeter/security guard" doesn't ever even say hello. Why is she standing there? The store is a complete wreck, especially the checkout out! Yikes! She gave me an attitude about taking off the tags ( the Burlington ones, not the original tags). She asked " well how am I supposed to know what cost what?" .
