UPDATE: Sales rep from #mattress1one replied to my negative review (see screenshot) This is the type of people I am dealing with. PS- per my conversation this morning with Adriana from customer service, the store has to cancel the order. As of today, Adriana said my order was NOT canceled and there is no delivery date scheduled. The notes on my account stated, "customer called to reschedule delivery". Frauds! I will NOT allow Johnny or anyone from Mattress1One Rosenberg continue with this fraudulent behavior! I placed an order at the Rosenberg location with Chris Gaither on 6/6 with delivery on 6/11. I had Buyer's remorse because I never intended to spend $4000 on a mattress. I canceled less than 48 hours on 6/8 and they would not help me. Johnny from the Rosenberg location told me they cannot cancel orders at the store and I would have to call customer service. I called customer service and they were dumbfounded the store directed me to call them because the store does the cancelations and sends them the paperwork to process. I called the store back and Johnny said he spoke to the district manager and agreed it must be a new girl at customer service because she was wrong. I told Johnny if the mattress comes, I will refuse it. Johnny assured me the order was canceled but it would take until the following Tuesday to process.... The mattress I canceled was never delivered (Thank God) but I just received a bill for the charges. Now, I am jumping through hoops because of mattress one on disputing the charges for a mattress Johnny said they canceled. I called the finance department and explained the situation. They confirmed the store should have canceled it and I could tell the rep I spoke to was offended the store blamed one of their own customer service reps for "not knowing what she was doing". Never in my life have I ever experienced such horrible customer service and I will tell everyone to never shop with them. They don't care about you or your business. All they want is their commission. read more

We had a great experience here. After a frustrating experience with the mattress store across the highway, these guys gave us a better bed for a cheaper price. My advice is if you can afford it, go with and adjustable bed, you won't regret it. It's heavenly. These guys even delivered and set up our mattress two days faster than the other guys could. read more

I downloaded Yelp only to write a 5 star review, if that tells you anything. Larry was my sales rep and did everything right. Educated me from the second I walked in, and put me on the perfect bed for me. Dealt with my calling and changing box springs - twice! (not because something was wrong, but just the way it fits with my bed). He handled everything like a pro and made it easy for me. Customer service was Larry's number one priority, no doubt about it. Only thing he didn't do was carry stuff to my truck for me like the other guy apparently does a lot. As far as price, I shopped around to three other places in the area, and the last two competitors told me that I was getting a great deal on a great mattress and they couldn't match it. And after all that, I'm really happy with the mattress too. 5 stars. read more

Enjoyed my shopping experience. Told them what I wanted and my budget. Not only did they find me something quickly but it was only 1/3 of the amount I was willing to spend. Will come back when I am replacing mattresses in my other rooms. read more

Great experience with Johnathon Musick. Worked within our budget and never tried to pressure us to spend more than we could. He did inform us of deals that the store was having just in case we were interested but was never pushy or demanding. We will never be going to any other mattress store again! He had us try different beds & didn't rush us into picking something nor did he pressure us into the most expensive items- he truly cared about what was best for us. I'm not positive who we talked to at this location, but all I can say is thanks but no thanks. I don't need to be pressured into spending my hard earned money on the most expensive bed in the store. Then for him to tell us that for listening to his little presentation and laying on the bed we were to get a free pillow or pillows. It want until we looked at the business card did it say, free pillow with purchase. Makes me feel like I'm being mislead, I'm not into that. While I understand this young fella makes commission on every sales, don't push. A good product sells itself. For this reason I went to the 10915 Westheimer l9cation and made our purchase. read more

We have entered several different mattress stores and found the inventory and pricing to be about the same everywhere. However, we typically exit the store due to pushy sales people. Today at this location we were so pleased with Craig,our salesperson,and how he was very knowledgable about each mattress but allowed us the time and space we have been needing while shopping.
