We…read morepurchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress protector specifically to protect our mattress, yet the protector failed and allowed liquid to penetrate the mattress despite proper use and timely reporting. The former store manager, Genaro, initially assisted with the warranty process, but after he left the store, the new manager essentially stated that it was entirely Tempur-Pedic's decision whether or not to honor the warranty. Tempur-Pedic then acknowledged the protector failure but declined to repair or replace the mattress, relying on "at our discretion" wording in the warranty. The most frustrating part is that the protector was marketed as protection for this exact scenario. If the protector fails and the customer is still left with a damaged mattress and no meaningful resolution, then the warranty provides very little real value. For premium products with premium pricing, I expected significantly better customer support, accountability, and willingness to stand behind the product. Terrible experience with the store and even worse experience with Tempur-Pedic customer service.

They do offer delivery and will take your old one away. If the old one is still in decent condition, they donate it which I think is amazing. My sales person was Lou and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I really wanted the furniture right away and since I'm a teacher and couldn't be home for the delivery, he advised that I could head down to the warehouse in Lakeland to pick it up myself. I foolishly thought I would fit everything in my SUV. That was on me. As a result, I ended up taking TWO same day round trips to and from North Tampa to Lakeland to get all of the furniture I paid for. The furniture I purchased is of high quality and VERY HEAVY. Thank God for kind neighbors who helped me get it up my narrow staircase. If I'm ever in the market for new furniture, I will likely return to this Rooms To Go. I do like Ashley and other brands but R2G has been around since I was a kid and that should be worth something.

These are not minor marks--these are deep stains/pressure damage that cannot be removed, effectively ruining sections of my floor. When I contacted the store and customer service, I expected them to stand behind their product.
