Of course, we enjoyed walking through the other sections of the building and I did notice ladies accessory items strewn throughout with a few articles of clothing. While I am always open to change and am sure there must have been a reason for it, I do miss the previous set-up and unfortunately doubtful I will frequent as often. A part was ordered (I have an old stove), it was in the next day, but when the box was opened, it was the item wanted but the igniter was on the opposite side with no way to fix it. Joe W., the technician, made phone calls and went out of his way to get the correct part so I would not have to wait 8-days for a part to be shipped from across the country. I appreciate it, the oven and stove now work better than when it was new. Now if you had a technician who can also fix treadmills I'd be all set.

You might be tempted to use a business like this for better service than a big box retailer. I'm…read morenot sure that you'll get it. They use a text message tool to communicate with customers. But if you run into issues from the lack of context in texting the staff doing the texting may get fatigued and simply stop responding and refuse to take responsibility for their communication by giving you a first name. When you call directly to the office, the staff might refer you to a manager but the manager might be too busy to call you back and discuss your issue. When the service manager does call you back, you might be reminded of your responsibility to immediately report any quality issues with the repair, but get little recognition that repairs are sometimes done incorrectly. And in case you thought they like to use texting, be told it's really better for you to pick up the phone and call them. Not that the staff will be trained to proactively call you if texting goes sideways. If your dishwasher door won't open flat for loading after being disassembled, would you think that's a sign the repair was done incorrectly? I did. But Camden can't say if that would be the case. Anything could have happened.

A call back saying "if you'd like us to come out it will be $150 dollar service fee because door adjustment is part of delivery. "Door adjustment is in the owners manual or I can explain how to do it now." So here is my review, I WILL NEVER purchase another anything from you. Nor will I recommend your company and at every conversation I have about appliance replacement I will have this exact conversation verbatim. I regret having purchased an appliance from you as the customer service from someone in India is much easier to accept then the service you provided this morning.
