The first several nights he was there all day until 11pm. HOA Plumbers had come but made no assessment of water damage so drying had yet to begin. He spoke with my insurance, the HOA insurance and helped answer my question s as he went forward. All damage was well documented. Unfortunately he found a second sewage over flow but with quick work damage was limited & cleanup began immediately, again he was in close co ntact with my HOA who sent a plumber back out and finally addressed the issues.
