My HOA badly mismanaged the sewage flood in my condo the first several days and Daniel came on a Friday night to rescue me & begin work. The first several nights he was there all day until 11pm. HOA Plumbers had come but made no assessment of water damage so drying had yet to begin. He spoke with my insurance, the HOA insurance and helped answer my question s as he went forward. All damage was well documented. Unfortunately he found a second sewage over flow but with quick work damage was limited & cleanup began immediately, again he was in close co ntact with my HOA who sent a plumber back out and finally addressed the issues. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him & crew! He is smart & thorough and kept in close contact with me. He had good suggestions for places to look at tile & carpet. Cost management was Important. Daniel and his team were a pleasure to work with. They responded promptly and walked us through the process. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Our family bought our home about 2 months prior to finding out we had a serious water leak downstairs. We had just spent a lot of money on surprise repairs and were not ready for this financial set back. I woke up in the morning to find a puddle of water around our water heater. The first company told us that the leak is from our water heater and so we bought a new water heater (which was costly). The leak appeared again shortly after and the next plumber said it must be coming in from outside. so he recommended that we dig a 4 feet hole below our water heater and start there. Frustrated, we found a very reputable plumber (Forest Ridge) on Yelp who referred us to Wright Way. Daniel responded the same day and discovered where he thought the leak was coming from on the first visit (From inside a wall). His crew gave us a free consultation and then the official estimate. Based on the cost of the project and our limited budget, they recommended we look into using our homeowners insurance. Daniel was right and we found the leak on top of a pipe that runs down the wall and it was ruining our bathroom and laundry room walls and floor! Junelle did an excellent job working with our insurance to make everything get approved and to work with our vendors. Now that we are just finishing the project, the two rooms look amazing! Even after we decided to upgrade a few things and the cost went up, Daniel made sure to take care of us. It's rare to find a company that actually cares about the work they do and their customers. RUN THE OTHER WAY! *Very unprofessional *He will go beyond what needs to be done so he can add more charges *Not trust worthy If you want more details on why I feel this way please read on... I'm a home owner and unfortunately had my washer over flow and regretfully called this company. Daniel, the owner of wrightway, came out to my house and told me that he couldn't give me an estimate even though his website says "free estimates". He started work right away and me never having dealt with water damage I wasn't sure what he was going to do - I expected some communication before demolishing the wall, floors, etc. During the process there was lack of communication of what needed to be done - now speaking to other companies they say that it was pretty crazy for just an overflow of a washer. I trusted the company and believed that these guys were going to do quality work from beginning to finish. During the tearing down of my ceiling the worker was kicking up dust everywhere and tossing things on the ground like he had no idea what he was doing. There were 2 incidents that Daniel fell off his ladder and tore down the plastic sheet that was hanging from the ceiling to protect my furniture form dust! My living room was a mess after. After the first day Daniel pressured me to give him a copy of my key so he could monitor the equipment - I reluctantly gave him a key because I was promised courtesy calls before he would show up at the house. A couple of days later I was home and it was about 9:00PM at night, I had gotten out the shower just 10 minutes before. I hear my front door open and Daniel's voice and 2 other guys talking - I quickly put on a sweatshirt. There was NO call, what if it was 10 minutes before and I was in the shower??! I really didn't appreciate that. They even proceeded to help themselves into my garage to get MY ladder to do their work that night! What kind of contractor shows up without their own equipment to do the job?? And then uses their customer's tools without even asking? Before all the drying equipment was taken out, there was a conversation that the company was going to do the build back and we were in verbal agreement with that and the insurance company. They even submitted an estimate to the insurance company! During a week of waiting around and not getting a call I decided to call Daniel personally to figure out what was going on...he took that moment to tell me at that I need to find someone else to do the build back and that he was too busy. That is the most unprofessional thing I've ever encountered. How do you start and agree to a project with a client then BAIL?? Don't take on a new client if you can't handle the ones you already have. Also, I had to find this out because I was the one that called and not the other way around?? At least let me know if you couldn't do the project so I didn't waste over a week waiting for you to start. On top of all of this, Daniel kept my house key, so I had to pay to rekey my house because I was so done with him and he obviously was "too busy". When they decided to bill me for the dry out process I didn't agree with all the charges. I then get a call later that night from his wife threatening to take me to court and saying a lot of other things that were very unprofessional and uncalled for. Beware of this company, they don't have enough man power and knowledge to get the whole job done and they will leave you for a bigger check! At the end of the day they discounted my bill because they knew they messed up and probably needed the money bad to pay their workers ASAP (not a healthy company) - I just wanted to be done with this company so I paid and will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone. Due to some poor construction our basement flooded around 8 o'clock at night, we contacted Wright Way and Daniel was at our house within a half hour and immediately started cleaning. It took a while for the plumber to fix the issue but Daniel stayed until 2 in the morning to make sure the water wouldn't continue to spread. He was very thorough and detailed and did a fantastic job documenting his work and explaining his process. I hesitated on letting him cut the dry-wall out so we cost ourselves a couple more days by not letting the frames dry as quickly as it could have when exposed. We filed a claim with our insurance company and when the adjustor came to our house Daniel had a former claims adjuster he employes come over and assist us through the process. Daniel warned us the claim would be rejected (and it was) due to the fact that the damage came from outside water; but it was a nice gesture that he tried everything he could to help us get the claim to go through. I would recommend getting a written estimate from Daniel before you start, we received a verbal estimate from him and the actual cost ended up being more than double the the verbal estimate. He was flexible though and worked with us on the price. While he was efficient and did a great job explaining to us his process; we've had a few contractors come over to repair the walls and they've all stated that Wright Way Cleaning removed more then what was necessary. The company errs on the side of caution, which can be a good thing but it also makes their services more expensive. Overall the experience was as good as it could be considering the situation. Daniel was professional and explained everything and didn't do anything drastic without first getting our consent. Unfortunately, because this was our first time in this situation we didn't know what we should and shouldn't have allowed so my suggestion to a client would be ask throughout the process/event whether the tasks they are about to complete will add onto the cost of their quoted estimate. If you want the issue cleaned thoroughly the first time, Wright Way Cleaning will do just this. read more

Daniel and the other people at Wright Way were fantastic. We had a burst pipe that flooded our family room in the middle of December. Daniel came out on a weekend and spent 2 long days getting the dry out underway. He was able to get our family room to the point where we could use it during the holidays and was very good about working around our holiday schedule. The rebuild process was quick and the work was of high quality. Everything is back to exactly how it was prior to the flood. Daniel is extremely thorough and was constantly checking any work that had been done to ensure that it was done properly. He explained the entire process up front and as we went along and also documented everything that was done. He was even able to help us with dealing with our insurance company. We scheduled a visit for them to come out and make an assessment. Daniel Wright showed up. He went around the house and made up things to get us to buy into his services. He claimed that the bricks on my fireplace were moldy, he said there was mold around the carpet leading to my bathroom. He made other claims around the house and it became very suspicious- something about his tone and what he was pointing out. It just didn't add up. I paid him for his visit then hired another company for a second assessment. Low and behold they didn't find anything- they didn't try and sell me anything. To me, it felt like a scam visit from Wright. It was clear that Wright was trying to make money off me. He started to call me at odd hours- after work hours, leaving VM for me to return his call. Very unprofessional- he left over 5 messages. I eventually answered a call from him at 8:30pm and told him to stop calling, wasn't it evident that I wasn't interested in his services?? My advice is to always have a second company, maybe even a third make an assessment before investing in any home fixes. read more

I discovered a major water leak one evening and Daniel was over there by 10pm. Stayed until midnight helping me figure out the problem and doing what we could to minimize the damage. Turned out poor construction of the home resulted in water leaking between the walls into the crawl space, rotting wood, flooded air ducts and returns, and actually leaked under the back of the water heater corroding that. I had my reservations after reading some of these reviews but found Daniel to really care about what was happening, very good about explaining each step when I asked, and advising me on the best approach with the insurance company and adjuster to ensure that I got everything I was entitled to (having a great insurance company helps too!). With his help the insurance company paid for everything except the deductible even the water heater and some other questionable issues. He worked with the insurance company and adjuster to ensure they both agreed on reasonable costs and there were no surprises for me along the way. This turned into a very long process to dry the areas and repair everything. Daniel was there throughout working on this at all hours of the day and night when required to move things along. The finished product looks as good as new and I am a very satisfied customer that would recommend him to anyone. I would recommend being actively involved in the entire process. Ask questions and be proactive in researching and making decisions especially about major purchases e.g. water heater, furnace, installers, etc. I did find his unwillingness to give a quote up front disconcerting ("this could be somewhere between $10K and maybe $100K" - talk about heart attack!) but after talking with him about it I understood that until he tears things apart and really understands how bad the damage is, he really can't quote anything and he doesn't want to mislead you. I really believe that is his prime motivation for not being specific sometimes. I'll use him again if needed (no offense intended, but I hope I don't need him). read more

Unfortunately, we had an incident that flooded the house and became a mold issue. Daniel was quick to respond and throughout the entire process he kept in contact regularly. He helped us out with the insurance company (because they try to fight everything) and did a great job educating us on the process. He seemed to have quite a bit of knowledge working with insurance companies. The actual construction took a bit of time because the insurance company didn't want to pay for the damages. I had to pay out of pocket to get the work started and continue the work when we hit another snag. During the first remediation, the toilet overflowed in another bathroom which caused more water damage. Insurance companies love that. Daniel did his best to keep this subcontractors working and worked with me throughout the process. It wasn't the easiest process but in the end it worked out. When the house was finished, it looked better than it did prior to the damage. I feel like Daniel has a lot of integrity and will do what it takes to get the job done properly. read more

Unethical billing practices! He double bills! He bills the insurance company and the victim! He takes on to many clients and leaves others hanging for months with work uncompleted! After discovering a major water leak in a pipe in our crawlspace and contacting our insurance company, we called Daniel for cleaning and restoration of our home. I called him and he arrived within the hour. After assessing the damage, explaining the whole process of the cleaning and restoration to be done, and answering my questions, he didn't waste any time getting to work. Daniel worked long hours, including some weekends, in order to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. At the same time, he always let us know what his work hours would be, being careful to work around our schedule as much as possible. All his work was done either to the same standard as before the water damage or improved from what it was before. The sub contractors he hires were also very reliable, doing nice work (plumbers, drywall, painters, flooring, etc.). He had great communication with myself, the insurance company, and his sub contractors. He was easy to reach by phone and when messages were left, he responded quickly. He did a good job of making sure things kept moving along, keeping us update on the progress, answering my questions clearly, and making me comfortable during the entire process. Because the leak was in the crawlspace and out of sight, in addition to the water damage, we also had mold growing in the area of the leak. While the water damage was covered under insurance, the mold removal unfortunately was not covered under our policy. Daniel walked us through the billing on this and I feel he gave us a reasonable price for the work done. I feel like he was thorough and took every precaution to be safe in the mold removal and cleaning. Overall, I feel Daniel and his team did a great job. I would not hesitate to have him do work for me again or recommend him to friends and neighbors. read more

I gladly recommend Wright Way Cleaning and Restoration to others. I am a renter and when my apartment flooded, the property owner had Wright Way Cleaning and Restoration come out to my place. An exterior water hose had been unknowingly left turned on right outside my unit. After several days of water constantly running, the water came into my apartment and completely saturated the carpets and floors as well as behind the kitchen walls, cabinets and storage area. I was surprised that the owner, Daniel, came out within the hour on a late Sunday afternoon. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and was extremely informative about the damage that had occurred, what precautions should be taken and how to move forward immediately to minimize the damage. He and his crew were very careful to neatly protect my personal belongings and showed the utmost care and consideration for the unpleasant situation I was having to deal with. After resolving the cause of the water damage and drying the entire place out, Wright Way handled all of the repairs and restored my apartment to a better condition than it had been in before the place flooded. The entire process was fairly fast and very efficient.
