His professionalism during that call was much appreciated, and I was really looking forward to the service based on the many great reviews. On the day of the appointment, I couldn't get an ETA due to issues with my phone not sending or receiving messages. However, Matt promptly reached out to me that afternoon to set up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, it rained all day, and we couldn't meet. Throughout this time, Matt consistently stayed in touch, checking in and coordinating a better time for the service. The weather just was not cooperative.
