Owner texts me with more info that I asked about, specifically, the current odometer reading - as the Car Facts showed almost no change in the odometer in 4 years since they purchased it from an auction. The odometer photo he sent me showed around 47K miles instead. Asked what price he was selling it at now and he responded $16990. So the list price was off by $3,000 and the miles were off by 12,000. Right before my family moved from Texas to Pennsylvania, Clay Cooley Nissan replaced the fuel injectors. We picked the vehicle up, loaded our family, drove across the country, and the very next day after arriving in Pittsburgh, the power steering rack failed. After everything this vehicle had already been through, that was the breaking point. What disappoints me most is Clay Cooley ghosted me afterward. I emailed the general manager, the service manager, and the service advisor. Weeks later, not one person has responded. No phone call. No email. No follow-up. Nothing. I still have the emails. When a vehicle has been through a blown engine, major repairs, recalls, weeks in the shop, and keeps failing, the least a dealership can do is respond to the customer. They didn't. That says everything.
