Jake was clear on fee structure and costs along the way. Sunshine also performed a pretty thorough general inspection and found a few additional things that needed to be addressed. The choice of what to do or not do was completely mine. There was absolutely NO pressure to approve the other suggested services. They sent a text with pictures of what they found and explained anything/everything I asked about. Again, very much appreciated! I ended up needing new lower front rocker arms & bushings. They also performed an alignment (due to rocker arm replacement) oil change, tire balance & rotation and replaced the engine filter. I could see it was needed based on photos sent via the text. Jake found a replacement kit that included arms and bushings which saved me some money. Yay They also found the tires had been rotated improperly for an AWD. The owner met me at the RV storage and even though the water in the pipes were semi frozen already, he reassured me that there was another way to deliver the antifreeze. Observing the types of equipments he used, and his mobile office, it's obvious that he takes pride in his work based on how clean his equipment and neat and organized his mobile office is. He was also conversant and friendly, which made the process less awkward. Best of all, he accommodated my all my questions without sounding or looking annoyed. Long overdue review! After six months with no auto defects, I think I can give a proper review on…read morethe services received at A1! Long story short, I had a bumper which was damaged and required a replacement. However, I would find out that the auto repair that I went to before A1 was trying to have me have my car "totaled" as they deemed the damages too great to repair, despite it was only the bumper being damaged. Desperate to save my car, I ran around town looking for a repair shop willing to replace my bumper and not have my car totaled. I found Dena Greenlee with A1 and after listening to my story she told me to come by. She listened attently to the issues and had the repair technicians assessed my photos. A rough price was quoted and there was an arrangement to have my car picked up and towed over. Before Christmas (roughly 3 weeks in all), I got my car back! I can't say how thankful I am to A1! Having to go through a car accident is very traumatic, so do go through your insurance and coordinate with them about what are your best options. See if you can come by to have your vehicle serviced at A1 and hopefully have your car fixed!

Basically, if you're interested in the brands they are selling, then you can come here to buy an RV. Afterwords I'd just immediately find somewhere else for service, which sort of defeats the purpose but this place is the worst. They fixed none of the warranty issues in the first place and now we're outside our first year and they won't take responsibility for the additional issues caused by not fixing the warranty issues in the first place.
