We live in Gardnerville. We own an Entegra Coach. It's very difficult to find anyone in our area qualified to work on Aquahot systems. I contacted Alvin at Happy Kamper. He is a certified Aquahot technician. He agreed to make the trip to Gardnerville to service our Aquahot. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I used Alvin to evaluate a problem with by 5th wheel popout. He was right on time and vey knowledgeable about my problem. Because of the type of problem I was having, the repair required that I take my 5th wheel into a shop. Alving referred me to a repair shop and even contacted the manufacturer to start a claim, as the problem was a factory defect. I hired Alvin to do a pre purchase inspection on a 1998 Beaver Motor Home at Camping World Reno. He was easy to work with espcially when Camping World kept having delay after delay. He promptley inspected the motor home when it was ready. Camping World had presented to me as "In great shape and ready to go and tires look good", he found the tires to be 16 years old and another $3,000 to $6,000 in repairs that needed to be done. Camping World refused to lower the price taht we had agreed on and I decided to pass on the motorhome. I am still waiting for my $500 deposit from Camping World. I was not happy with Camping World needless to say, BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALVIN FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS. HE WAS ATENTIVE AND REALLY UNDERSTOOD THE SITUATION. read more

We had problems with our exterior receptacle which tripped our garage breaker every time we tried to plug in. This started to occur after a wet snowy drive over the pass. We could see moisture in the exterior receptacle. We contacted Alvin at Happy Kamper. He responded to our call quickly, showed up promptly on our scheduled date, and fixed the problem. Happy Kamper came out and performed an inspection and repairs on our trailer. He arrived on time, was prompt, efficient, and left the area clean. The repairs look like factory. He fixed our main waterline, the roof seal, and our hot water heater. He inspected our propane line and the roof membrane and other gaskets. his pricing was super reasonable, and, quite honestly, for the quality of work received, I feel was an amazing deal.
