So after setting up a day for him to come out and investigate I ended up having to call Mark at 12:30PM and find out if he was actually coming. From the surprise in his voice and the "Oh shit" from his mouth he clearly never wrote it down and forgot all about it. So brief conversation Mark stated he could be there at 4PM. Fast forward to 4:30PM no Mark, no phone call, no response to phone calls. Very poor professionalism and follow through. I would recommend taking business elsewhere to more competent technicians with a better follow through. read more

I was not happy with Cliff's RV. He came out to give us an estimate for our air conditioning and said he would submit to insurance. I did not hear from him and after a few days he left me a voicemail telling me he submitted and was waiting for a reply. 1 week goes by and I hear nothing. I had called and Text him and nothing. I called the insurance company and they said nothing was filed. A total wait of a month. I called someone else and they had it fixed in 3 days with insurance approval! I hired Cliff's to install a new fan cover, repair my furnace and tune up my generator. I was not happy with their service. They kept me waiting for a week while they "got parts" and then didn't get the right parts. I told them exactly which furnace motor I needed, and William Selby ordered a different one. I told them exactly which generator I had, and they didn't get the correct parts. They were two hours late for the appointment they set with me. They had to order the correct furnace motor while I waited, and ended up charging me quite a bit extra for it. The first time I went to use the generator after he "tuned it up" it was spewing gasoline all over the place, and it still won't work for more than 15 minutes at a time. It worked ok before he tuned it up. I will now have to take it someplace else and have them do the work all over again. I think that I was grossly overcharged for what they did. They gave poor value, and I would not recommend that you do business with them. read more

The generator on my class A quit working. I had picked up a business card for Cliffs Mobile RV Service when I stopped in at Fallon R V Park Not long after that. I found my generator would not keep running. I had recently had the generator serviced. I called Cliffs and left a message. In a short Billy called me back. We made an appointment for the next morning and he arrived and did a diagnostic check of the unit. He found that when it was serviced too much oil had been put in. Billy corrected the problem and made some adjustments. The unit was running smoother now that it was before the problem. Many Thanks to the staff at Cliffs. This mobile RV service was recommended by the Desert Rose RV Park staff that we were staying at in Fernley, NV. Although Cliff was busy out of town on a Friday, he left a message informing when his busy schedule allowed him to make a service call to my location. We set a time for his arrival at my site location and Cliff was prompt and ready to tackle my LP Gas leak and check out our AC Units. He identified our gas leak and gave me the repair options in short order. Even though I elected to shut the LP Gas supply off and have it repaired at home under warranty, I am confident that Cliff was capable of repairing the unit on site. I called spoke with Cliff about replacing batteries on my Coach. He asked me to text the information. I did, I waited a week and a half. I did not get a return call. I followed up with another text asking him about the batteries and even saying if your too busy, I would understand but to just please let me know. I don't know if he does good work.
