I am very very impressed with this business. A few months ago, my husband and I moved and desperately needed a new bed. We wanted to check out Maui Bed Store... Not only because it is the only mattress store on the west side, but because it is a locally owned and operated business. We made an appt and one of the owners met us in person at their warehouse. She was incredibly helpful and professional. She helped educate us on the different types of beds and their benefits/downsides (if any) and helped us choose the best bed that suited our body types and sleep preferences. I am so grateful we went there. They even delivered our bed to our home, set it up for us, and put on the mattress protector cover for us (which is a huge pain to put on)... I love our bed! We love it so much that we recently went back to buy our daughter a mattress. Best purchases ever!! The price is right, location is close and convenient and customer service was spectacular. Visited the Maui bed store in August 2012 to view some mattress's and platform beds since we were in a market to upgrade our guest bedroom. I was very excited after viewing the selection and expect ally the pricing. This is the only place we could find 2xl twin beds which we could put together and make a king size. Since our options were limited we decided to give them a shot. Following our first experience with them, we returned recently and purchased a king for our master. We ended up spending 50% of what we were expecting and the mattress works great for me and my husband that is a bit on the heavier side. A young lady Emma helped us and they delivered the next day with no problem. Very accommodating. I would give them two thumbs up! Different than other stores in a good way! Visited both of the stores, once to get a quote, once to purchase. Impressed by the simplicity of both. One of the unique things that sold us is that their beds are made from Eco-Friendly materials PLUS it DEFINITELY helped that we bought a brand new Gel Memory Foam King for about $800/set.... It worked out to be around 50% less expensive than the next closest store we shopped. Locally and family owned, great service and didn't feel pressured. The only thing I wish I could change is having to make an appointment... kinda different. But, it was definitely worth it to save $400-500 for a little bit of an inconvenience, plus we LOVE our bed! This business sucks! I asked for a standard twin bed, they sold me a 36" X 70" bed. This is 3" shy of a standard. When I put the bed in the frame it showed 3 inches of the bed frame. When I tried to return it I got VIBED by the owner and 3 of their employees. They tried to tell me that all TWIN beds are that size. I told them it wasnt the standard size according to Google and I want my my money back. I had to get into a confrontation to return the unused bed and had negative comments made to me by the owner. I then went to Americas Mattress in Kahului and got a great bed with GREAT service from Dale. DO NOT BUY BEDS FROMT THIS COMPANY! read more

Simply... loved it. Visit this place if you need a new mattress. We looked and looked to furnish our vacation rental bedrooms in Wailea... lucked out and found these guys. Had the beds delivered next day and no complaints from guests since then. Great service and easy transaction. We were left alone, they weren't pushy... a big ++ in my opinion. Had all kinds of different styles for what we were looking for, I think we spent less than $1,400 on two complete queen sets. For California standards, might not be unheard of, but trust me... for Hawaii that's CHEAP. Give them a shot! You won't be sorry. read more

Awesome! I called Dino on Sunday afternoon and within the hour, he called me back and set up an appointment for the following morning at 9am. He didn't try to upsale us for the sake of making more money. In fact, he recommended a better bed, skip the box spring because he saw it would be better for our needs. He even offered to deliver it THAT DAY. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, feeling good about ourselves and our purchases and feeling even better about Dino and his business. GREAT JOB. Saw a CL add for this company, called them and found out it's by appointment only? Truthfully was hesitant at first, but glad I made it. There wasn't much sales pressure, relaxed and helpful experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing, far lower than a couple of other stores me and the wife visited. Great selection of in-stock mattress's, probably the largest we were able to find. We were able to get delivery (purchased 3 mattress sets) for free within a day or so with no hick-ups. I recently purchased 2 twins and a queen from the Maui Bed Store for my Vacation condo and I could not be happier.
