I looked at the selection of photos, and picked a price point based on the size and quality of the arrangement. The very helpful person who took my order said that because of the short notice, the arrangement would be "designer's choice," which was fine with me. When I received a photo of the arrangement from my daughter, I was disappointed with the size in general and also the number of flowers. My daughter, however, was pleased and especially loved some of creative greeneries included. I sent a polite email to the florist and expressed my feeling that the arrangement did not look like the photos of similarly priced bouquets. I received a very quick response with an offer to immediately take another bouquet to her, even though they were done with deliveries for the day. The person who delivered the flowers to my daughter was very apologetic, which was embarrasing for my daughter because she liked the first bouquet too. I do not believe for a minute that the florist intended to deliver an inferior bouquet. It was just not what I expected. Perhaps I am "one of those" customers. I am writing this review because I am appreciative of their professionalism and the obvious pride they take in their work. In the future I am going to happily and confidently order from them again. Their willingness to go the extra mile to make a customer happy is a great reassurance when ordering from afar. P.S. I loved the second bouquet!
