I could go into detail about the many different off putting, rude and seemingly untruthful things the owner said, but rather than relive this awful interaction I'll just say this: I would expect that someone in this line of work to be capable of communicating with tact and respect. Beyond jewelry they also have limited apparel like shirts, scarves and ties and some cute bags. Some of the items do not have price tags but the staff there are really friendly and are more than willing to help you with your selections. The best part about this business is that they are local owners and the items available for purchase are made by local and Native Hawaiian artisans. While the prices are in the higher range, you are purchasing gorgeous lauhala jewelry that uses finely honed skills to create these lovely pieces.
