I drove over right away, hoping they would help me. I went to the reception desk and explained what had happened. Gerilynn came out to help and could not have been nicer. She assessed the problem, knew what needed to be done, and made the repair right away. It did not matter that I had not had the glasses made there; she was courteous and helpful.
