I attempted a DIY to change my water softener's whole home filter. I got it off just fine, but I couldn't find the replacement filter anywhere! Then I decided to just put the filter back on until I could find a replacement, but it wouldn't seal. No water = EMERGENCY. So I used Yelp's project assistant to find help finding someone who could replace the filter. Eric was the first person to respond to my distress call. He asked for details, gave an immediate quote (for my whole home filter and my under-sink filters). The cost seemed reasonable to me and he immediately scheduled me for the following morning. He showed up promptly on the earlier side of the time window he had given. He was professional, kind and informative. Did I mention he was quick with his work, yep he sure was. He explained I would not have gotten it to seal, because my seal was too worn and no longer fit. I was most impressed that he re-checked everything a couple of times to ensure there were no leaks. And upon completion and immediately after payment...he asked very politely if he could pray with me...amazing, what a wonderful experience and yes y'all there was prayer. The world needs more of it.
