I Love this place. The workers are so friendly, and there is one boy that usually takes your order and what spots not to miss etal. I ALWAYS CHOOSE THE "CERAMIC" WASH. IT LEAVES MY CAR LOOKING LIKE NEW FOR DAYS (UNLESS IT SNOWS OR RAINS). I'VE BEEN coming to this place for the last 20 years . The amount you pay to get a shine like mine I consider very well priced. All I have to do is pull up with my loud music and being so caught up in my music that I almost forget the young man who practically runs to the car to get all my info so he can get me in and out without forgetting about what parts of my car need more attention on the prewash . While the touchless car wash does a great job of cleaning, you cannot see the screen in the afternoon due to glare from the sun. You put your money in and tap all over hoping you hit the right spot. I drive a Buick SUV so it is not super low to the ground either. The screen either needs to be replaced or it needs a sun shade so you know what wash you are choosing. read more

Used to be my favorite place to clean my car the manual way and now they updated their systems and we are the ones paying the price for it. Self car wash priced raised by 50 perfect more than they were and the new sprayers are horrible. Less pressure, smaller angle and soap is horrible. I'll be taking my car cleaning to Argyle from now on. read more

I always have loved this car wash, however I went Sunday, 12/16 and attempted to get a touch less car wash. I spent $12, only to discover that the machine was not working. There was no way on the machine to get my money returned. Tried to call the phone number on the website and it is disconnected. Just sad. read more

I use to go this car wash when in Michigan and thought they did a good job. On Sept. 17, 2020 I went there to wash my nice black truck. After the wash I got out to push my mirror back and noticed how scratched up my truck was, I drove around to show the fella that had taken my money, he said the owner would probably buff it out and we exchanged phone numbers. I went back to the wash 3 or 4 times in the early a.m. as that is when I was told the owner would be there, he was never there, I could never get in contact with him, nor has he ever called me back. His son was working twice that I went back, the first time he stated that the wash doesn't work up and down. the second time his son stated that the wash doesn't work side to side. I will never go there again as this owner and lying son has proven to me to be a bad business person and owes me a free buff out. I have taken my truck to an auto body place who said there are some scratches that may not even be able to be buffed out. I have filed a report with the BBB, I don't know if my truck will ever get fixed. My truck is a F150 2016, I bought new in AZ in 2018 from a Ford dealer. My truck has only been in the winter 1 year as I've lived in AZ. To this day I still only have 27,000. miles on it and I have always kept all my vehicles in great shape. Such a disappointment. I did like this business but not anymore. Never will I go there and give that man my hard earned money. I wonder if he will even contact me after reading this review. I've had some bad experiences at other automatic car washes in the Jackson but will continue to visit Mauer's. They are efficient, freindly and do a pretty good job of washing my vehicle. That's all I need and that's what I get every time I visit. read more
