I was especially impressed on the most recent project that included mounting of a digital photo frame. Carlos simply "wasn't having it" to mount the frame with the electrical cord showing! He expertly drilled holes and snaked the cord through the inside of the wall and back out just above the electrical outlet for an amazingly clean look. He had the finishing caps to cover the entry and exit holes too. Carlos and the crew also took a very personal interest in mounting my career memorabilia (22 plaques and awards!) beautifully in my home office. And they are undaunted by "oddball" stuff like mounting clips for a tapestry in my media room to cover unsightly electrical panels. Their excellence starts with the manager Marc who gathers a LOT of information from you (pictures, model numbers, installation videos, etc.) so that the crew arrives fully prepared. Once you reach out to them with the specifications of your project they will quickly respond with an estimate and even pictures of similar projects they've done. I reached out on a Monday and was able to have my wall be installed on Saturday. Now that's service! Trey was/is the 'real deal'; very professional! ...worth every dollar! When he set up his tables, tools and camera to video the install I knew I was in good hands! He was helped by Khadir and another young man. They communicated well and made a great team. They arrived early (who does that? Contractors are rarely on time). He explained everything along the way, to include the parts that were missing (luckily it was only a few screws that he had in his tool box), how to work the bed, and which mattress would be the best for that bed (based on the instructions given). I am so relieved to have this project complete. I have no doubt about it being installed correctly. Great job. I'll definitely call them again if I need similar service. By the way, they also followed up with a detail list of what was missing (by part number/name) and where to find it in the manual. I had a plumber come in for a consultation so that I could buy a tank-less water heater. I paid…read morefor a consultation so that I could buy a water heater that fitted with my home set up. I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.

I had wired Hunter rain sensor that was not working as intended because it was running sprinklers…read moreon wet days and I think the roof at the top was blocking rain from going to the sensor (I own townhouse), so I wanted to move the sensor to the other spot (away from the roof). I hired DMV Worx (Roberto) to do this task. I told Roberto to move it to the spot away from the roof but Robert suggested wireless sensor and he could install it at the other spot. He didn't listen to me. I thought wireless sensor was a good idea because you could move it anywhere, but it was pretty expensive at $375. I told him to go ahead and install it. Two months later, we have had rains and the sprinklers are still running on wet days, and the new sensor is still not working. I contacted Roberto and when he asked me how he could help me and I told him about the problem with the rain sensor that he installed two months ago, and it is still running sprinklers on wet days. He has ignored me and would not reply. Don't hire this company. Be forewarned, this company is not in Better Business Bureau. They're under "DUFIEF consulting", not DMV Worx.
