( found out after they ripped things apart) Showed up late and stood outside smoking before coming in. No masks , tracking dirt and crap all over the house. The "owner" was here for an hour and then went home to watch tv leaving his assistant to do the entire job. He had my aunt sign a contract while I ran to the store , making it for more than agreed upon. I over heard the owner outside telling his assistant to move as slow as possible so they can bill more since he needed the money. What should have been a 4-6 hour job with 2 guys ( that's what was agreed upon) took 12 hours for the one guy to do alone and THEY NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. When I refused to pay the amount demanded even before the work was done the guy calls the cops. TWICE! He had a bill he needed to pay that night so was demanding payment for work not done. Sadly my aunt payed them ( she hates conflict) and now I have to take them to court to recoup the money paid. The job was never finished. They were stoned half the time and the hour or so the owner was here he spent it yelling and demeaning his employee. Beyond unprofessional. The employee seemed to know what he was doing but was left here for 12 hours alone and was exhausted. The owner is a joke. DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. So, if you want an abusive aggressive guy that carries a gun with him in the truck to destroy your house, call the cops when he lies and is demanding payment for work not done- this is your guy.
