Not only was I not greeted but more like ignored by Lauren at the front counter. After she avoided looking up at me as I stand in front of her at the register, I went ahead and said hello and that I was there for an online order. She proceeded to let me know she'd get with me when she can that she had many things she already was doing. I let her know that's okay and began looking around. I could tell she was either having a bad day or overwhelmed (Although in the store there was maybe 3-4 people including the fitting area). Once I seen her head to the back I thought I'd be nice and head back there so she could do a measurement without having to walk to the counter and then back to the bra area. Not only did she rudely ask for my ID when I asked her to do the measurement while still holding the bag in the middle of the store she did not offer me a bag to put my online purchase in nor did she ask me to check it. Lauren conducted the measurement in the most demeaning way she had me hold the measurement tape to my bust and spin around and when I went "to fast" she yelled at me to stop. She then told me my measurements which seemed completely off because I recently lost a significant amount of weight and that was bigger then any bra size I've had since wearing a bra for 17 years . I asked her was she sure and seen her look up to make a face at her coworker at the register as if I shouldn't have questioned her. I went ahead and thanked her and did not purchase a bra there but instead went and got measured somewhere else which was 5 sizes smaller then what she told me and bought a bra on torrids website. If I shop with torrid ever again it will not be at this location, which is disappointing because It's the closest and I have shopped here for years at this location. I've had many encounters with Lauren, she is never welcoming or nice but today she was plain rude and disrespectful.

I was on FaceTime with the client showing them the patches available in the store. While I was browsing, the fat head lady behind the counter told me to take pictures of the patches I was interested in and bring them to the counter for pricing. When I came up to ask about the price of one of the patches (a rice box patch), she asked if I had taken a picture. I told her I thought I had but realized it didn't take while I was on FaceTime. I then asked, " you have more than 1 patch thats a box of rice?" She stated "possibly!" She then asked what was wrong with me. I told her I was irritated and simply being honest that I'm human and having a moment. Instead of continuing the conversation or helping me, she told me my energy was bothering her and refused to serve me. She stated that again when I advised her she still diet answer my two simple questions. I left the store feeling disrespected and shocked that I was denied service for simply expressing that I was irritated. I was in the store trying to support a Black-owned business and help an artist prepare for a 314 Day performance. My u you would think with a name like Woke Brand one would know the power in being able to read energies if your chakras are alined. I came in that store happy and excited and with a pure heart so the only energy She should have read was the one that tells her to mind her business she pulled up a stool and sat diwn to ask me that. Like huh. I gave her an answer twi e calmy with no disrespect intended because she actually had nothing to do with why I was over stimulated. Shit my dog couldve just died‍. I regularly support and promote Black brands, so this experience was very disappointing. Businesses should treat customers with respect and professionalism even if someone seems to be having an off moment. I really couldn't adjust fast enough for her and actually did the best I could do at the moment. I will be filing complaints with the proper consumer and business agencies because no customer should be refused service for something like this. I'm sharing this so people know what kind of treatment I experienced today. You never know who you are talking to and who people know. It saddens me to have to go this route especially with a brand I myself was promoting free but you don't get to cause me pain and suffering and not have any consequences.

As recently as last year, I have found that Old Navy makes great work pants. The stretchy, comfortable types that feel like leggings but are loose enough to pass as real work pants. I love them and I have found them in my size at this very store. I even found a few at a really good deal (less than $10)! Not only that but Old Navy have upped their game in the athletic wear department. On my recent trip there, I found several leggings and workout top that looked and feels excellent. It is now a usual stop to peruse their athletic wear whenever I am in store. Checkout counter moves fairly quickly here. I haven't had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes. Other associates are very helpful as well. I can't really complain! Great deals, nice people, this is definitely my go-to for bargain shopping.

Parking lot is huge as it is connected with other businesses. The entrance to enter Old Navy was a little weird as in the doors. I made my way in and it looks like any other Old Navy store. Huge with lots of items. I went to the checkout to pick up my Mobil order and it was quick and smooth. Cashier was nice and had no issues I used my old navy cash to benefit from the savings to get a better deal. I would return to this location if the one closer to me doesn't have what I need available.

My daughter really wanted to try on some dresses so we quickly found a few to try on and stood in line for the dressing rooms. There were about 6 dressing rooms, but the staff had already closed/blocked off 2 of them even when 4 people were waiting in a line ahead of us to try clothes on. We waited in line for about 10 minutes, then a clerk walked up to us and said we couldn't try anything on because they were closing. This was at 7:50 with 10 minutes left to closing. I asked why we couldn't use the 2 dressing rooms they had blocked off and she replied that they closed those already. Had they been open, everyone in line would have been able to try on the clothes before the closing time. Very rude customer service. It was clear the clerks had no care for those shopping, they just wanted to close the store early. I won't be shopping at this store again.
