Banks... some of which I have selected myself; most of which my wonderful wife has selected for me. Joseph A. Banks does support newer trends in men's clothes, and also supports more classic styles - pants with pleats and cuffs (so nice!). They also have fine suits and tuxedos. I rented a tux for our daughter's senior Father-Daughter dance, where we had a wonderful time... and I was able to be the first to wear the patent leather shoes that shined so nicely. I also purchased a jacket for myself... a blue one with black lapel; for which my wife helped me find a white, herringbone shirt, and my first bow ties... it's quite a nice look. I was disappointed in the selection of rental options. I also felt like the sales associate was trying to hide pricing information from us. I asked several questions and he kept telling me that everything was included and acted like I shouldn't be asking questions. He did not tell us that there was a fee to pay, and he could not provide information on the color of the suit other than "blue." Then, he never ended up telling us the price. We had to come back to find out what the price was, and it was much higher than we were comfortable with. Now we have to find a different company. I feel misled and I'd like our money back. Came to this location for a custom tuxedo for a wedding. Very easy, smooth process, but it does take a little time during your first visit (measurements, try-on, customizing interior lining, etc.). Staff was extremely friendly and pricing was reasonable. Paul Fiess is the store manager and he made sure everything was to my liking before heading out the door. I had a good experience in the Jos A Bank store today. My fiance has this strange habit of gaining weight in his neck - seriously, he's put on about five pounds. On his neck and nowhere else. Not kidding. As a result, he can no longer close the top button of his dress shirts... and of course, he's required to wear a shirt and tie every day. Sigh. Off we went to go buy him some new fat-neck shirts (his neck increased almost two inches!!!). The sales associate, Peter, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the store was plenty busy, he took his time to explain the different fits, colors, and styles available in my fiance's size. From the beginning of the transaction to the end, he really took care of our needs and made sure we were satisfied. We had to order a few of the shirts because they weren't available in the store, but it was no big deal - Peter made the process smooth and painless. They have a large selection of nice things and some pretty decent sales as well. If you're in the market for some professional attire, I think you can really do no better than Jos A Bank. read more

Dealing with buying custom suits from here has been a nightmare, not once did they say it was possible to run out of material when making the decision to go custom suits for a wedding. Well they did, had to change the suit color on the fly. They did get that fixed, which is why I am going with two stars instead of one. After I got the new suit in I assumed the line they put on the pants to mark it for hemming represented something of importance to the tailor, it didn't. I should have known the tailor did not understand what he was doing when I first went in the store and saw someone try on a tux that more closely resembled capris. Praise the sweet lord Jesus my wife was not an immature bridezilla because our photos are going to look epic with different color suits than desired. read more

I did not go to Jos Bank by choice. I was in a friend's wedding and he contracted through Jos bank for the suits. I should have known everything was going to go awry when I learned Jos Bank falls under the same parent company as Men's Warehouse. Both companies have a strange conception of measurements. This store was no different. The employee who helped me was standoffish and spent zero time measuring for a good fit. He just wanted me out the door. When I received my rental in another state, the measurements were WAY off. Like several inches off. So then I have to take time out of my day while I'm supposed to be doing wedding things in order to get my suit fixed. Jos Bank, this is your job. When I rent a tux, I expect it to be right. read more
