We went in to exchange them for bigger sizes at the Vans store in the Flagstaff Mall, but as we looked around the kids found other shoes they liked. Austin was the gentleman helping us and he was amazing. He was very patient and understanding as we proceeded to try on a plethora of different styles and sizes. He was able to find exactly what the kids wanted and even honored the deal the shoes were initially purchased with. I passed by the Vans store and my kids said "how about this place?" We walking in and were immediately greeted by an employee and we went strait to work on some try ons. The kids loved the shoes and to my surprise they had every size we needed in stock! I am always excited when I can find a pair of shoes for the kids that they will want to wear over and over. The employees were there for us the entire time. I was even able to find a nice fall shirt for myself and Bam just like that we had our list complete for our photo shoot. The employee behind the counter reminded me that there was a coupon that was still being honored and this little tip saved me $25. I would have never remembered if they hadn't reminded me. Overall great experience and I will 100% be back soon.

My family and I were able to get some very warm sweaters , that were highly suggested by the ladies there at a reasonable price. Maybe its an LA thing... but my dog wears carhartt and so does my young son. Maybe next time... Parking is so easy to get in and out of. There is a wide variety of items through this gigantic store. Everything is clean and organized every time I go in. Sure the prices are high for the high quality items, but if they last years and years, then it's worth it. I am now a frequent shopper here. With salon prices and nail salon prices rising into the high hundreds.... Sally prices have stayed consistent and low for YEARS. I love the ion brand for hair conditioner and other hair products. It's super moisturizing and reliable volume and great results for me. O used to buy and wear lip liners and a few makeup's from Sally. I think it was presidio brand? But also like $2-3 dollars and nice colors. I'm happy Flag even has a Sally's . I'll attach pics of my eyelash case... it be perfect if it held a glue but I'll get a small size makeup bag to keep that plus tiny tweezers I got at the maxx. My clothing are mostly from there. They have sales practically everyday. It's a deal. Sometimes the prices are unbelievable. I would keep going there to shop for clothes or accessories. I read that they had a rewards club, but it was not offered to me, I had to ask to be signed up. They had a little bit of a selection of everything that a discount store usually has, but definitely had a lot more kids clothes than anything else. My niece found some sneakers, and I found a top, but so many things, even items that have brand names, like their purses, seemed of cheaper quality than stuff that you find at Marshalls and TJ Maxx. This is closer to a Ross. I am happy to see a new store where Joanne's Fabrics used to be!
