The quality of clothing isn't cheap which is a plus because sometimes when you don't pay a lot in price, the clothing material may be cheap and you wash it two or three times and it's done but not so. They have a sale of clearance where you can really rack up on shirts, jeans and even shoes and jewelry as well. The staff there is nice and always inform you of any sales that may be going on in the near future. Thanks to great clothing and customer service at this store. That's what keeps me coming back.

She pulled outfits that I would have never purchased in the past. I told her "you are blowing my mind lady." She was very confident about me fitting in the pants and tops she chose and I did fit them all. At the end of trying on each out fit, Catherine took the time to go over all the outfits we picked out for each upcoming event. I walked out the door with at least 8 interchangeable outfits. I was ready for Florida. She doesn't understand how she has help me with my weight loss journey. I told her we are not done yet. When I get to my goal weight I told her to be ready. They make it super easy to easy to find your size and selection. Most of the associates are friendly and helpful. A couple of them are a little pretentious for me. The products are well made and stylish. I always get great compliments with the items I've purchased. Some items are a little pricey but the overall value is good. My biggest complaint lately is their sizing can be inconsistent. Lately I buy a Large Slim fit shirt. However, I just had to return a shirt to get an XL Slim. It didn't use to be this way. This makes me much less confident to purchase something online.

Their staff is not trained in fitting suits and it will be obvious when your pants are two sizes too big and six inches too short. The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

She rolled her eyes when we said we didn't have an appointment, told us they were "booked solid" (which was not true -- I checked online and they had openings), and kept repeating answers with a condescending "got that? You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.
