On December 30th 2023 I was shopping with family in Polaris and said what the heck let's give another go. This time I can honestly say I had some of the best customer service I've had in a long while. Every single employee that I engage with was super nice and very professional. Not to mention that the deals that were going on in the store at the time I was there were amazing I appreciate a good deal. It wouldn't have been fair to the establishment to write them off based off one distasteful interaction I had. The Customer Service alone is the reason why I decided to do another review and give a five star rating.

It had beautiful plants and the employees were all friendly and very informative. The selection was perfectly curated and laid out beautifully throughout the store. I felt like I had room to shop as nothing was crammed together. It had a nice boutique feel to it. The quality of the clothing seems to be top notch and very fashionable. I wanted everything that I came across in the store. I haven't gotten this excited over a shopping experience in years! I would compare it to my previous favorite shopping experience at Free People, but better. I was also pleased to find out that they have a website so that I can shop from the comfort of my home. Dressing rooms are many and large and there is always someone offering to help. After I get a few items in my hands, someone always offers to come over and start a fitting room for me. Employees check on you and ask if they can get you anything and don't hesitate to get you a different size if you need it. Don't pass up the free bra fitting. It may be a bit awkward, but its over the clothes and always help you find the right size for you. My best friend looked at 10 stores for the perfect strapless bra for her wedding and had no luck until I suggested Lane Bryant for a bra fitting. Within 10 minutes she got a fitting, an employee found the perfect bra and she was happy. Also, if you like something but its not in your size or color (I tried on the green shirt, but really like the pink one), they will order it for you and send it to your door for free!! Also, free shipping to the store when you order online and a $25 coupon when you pick up!! Oh, and location, location, location!! I go shopping, and hubby goes to Pies and Pints right next door. He gets a beer or two and I meet him there when I'm done so we can finish our shopping. However, it's sad to say that their customer service has really gone downhill. The last couple times I have been in to the Grandview location. The staff has been extremely rude and unwelcoming. Just today, I went in there this morning to get a dress for my daughter's birthday party this weekend. The woman could have cared less that I was in the store. She seemed irritated that I was asking questions about some of the dresses that were being shown on the mannequins. This type of customer service does not make me want to shop at the store. It's disappointing. Also, their sizes have gotten smaller. I feel as the years have gone on. I've always been pretty true to size, a large normally always fits. But I feel like the largest keep getting smaller. I'm still happy to go in there and buy HomeGoods because they are very well bought and very good quality. But, when I'm treated with such rudeness, it makes me not want to go into the store.
