I bought a bracelet for my mom for Mother's Day and when I went to try it on her, one of the beads…read more(a bird) flipped (didn't lay flat) causing the sharp part of the bird bead to dig into her arm. Extremely uncomfortable and obviously can't wear. I emailed to see if they would accept a return and pay for return shipping since the item is obviously unable to be used for its intended purpose. Note that I paid for shipping initially which I know I am out of luck on that. I got an extremely rude response saying they will not pay for shipping and told me if the package was altered in any way (presumably it was since she tried it on) I would not get a refund. Now in order to get a refund I am out $10 bucks on a $28 bracelet. Horrible customer service and rude. Would never order from them again.

My mom is not a girly woman at all, and she rarely wears dresses or anything like this, but Monroe quickly figured out my mom's preferences and showed her dresses that really flattered her figure. She helped her pose and take pictures of the dresses - so many beautiful dresses. When I was with her, we got 1 on 1 attention and the dresses she picked out were gorgeous. We finally went with a stunning black dress with tasteful shoulder cutouts that I honestly would have never thought to pick out myself. I am SO happy with the dress and my mom truly LOVES it too (which is what matters most!). My first attempt at ordering had a few glitches, so I e-mailed the owner through the link she provided. She got back to me within 12 hours and low and behold, I had entered the information incorrectly. After placing my order, I received an e-mail conformation, and was subsequently notified when my order had been shipped. To summarize; I placed my order on a Tuesday, and had a finished product on my doorstep that following Monday.
