Their clothes are great quality, from my experience. It seems they filter clothes out often to keep up with current styles and seasons, which means our shopping trips here are never boring. Oh, and we have found quite a few items here for my husband! Which is incredible as he's pretty picky with clothes lol The layout is open and stroller friendly. They even have carts for you if you feel you will be shopping for a lot. This store is always clean, even their bathrooms. Also, employees are always so friendly.

With all the beautiful, clean, well lit, and modernized grocery stores out there, why anyone other than out of necessity would shop here is beyond me. It's such a depressing experience. But then again, now that I think about it, this place fits Magna perfectly.

I had a family member get me a holiday sweater from Old Navy online as a Christmas gift…read more Unfortunately, it was a bit small, so I went to this Old Navy location to try to find a larger size. The employees were so helpful! I quickly found a replacement, tried it on in the fitting room, and even though I didn't have the receipt, the cashier helped me make an exchange with little hassle. Very grateful for the customer service here, especially during the craziness of holiday shopping!

After trying three other stores with no luck I took a chance. I was greeted immediately by a nice employee who offered assistance. She showed me to the area I needed then went to check on other customers checking back with me once or twice. I found a lovely style that was perfect and headed for the register. My shoes were rung up and she invited me to come back soon and thanked me. The prices were good. The store was clean. The selection was great as was the customer service. Looking forward to shopping there again.

Okay, so normally I love Famous Footwear. I''m a man shoe whore. But yesterday I entered this store…read moreand didn't get the normal greeting I experience at any other Famous Footwear store. As a matter of fact I got no greeting. Actually didn't even see an employee until I got to the back of the store. There were two of them and barely got a "hey"... I went to the back to look at boots and looked and looked. The two of them gossiped about another employee. Normally an employee would ask if you needed help with a size, which I did need. Nothing... I'd have most likey blown $200 at this store visit but with no help I was forced to leave empty handed. I actually could have walked out with shoes without anyone noticing.... I'll go blow my money at Shoe Carnival or up at the Factory Stores
