Oh boy. Where do I start?…read more I came in to quickly to find a dress a few weeks before giving birth. I had my toddler with me and wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I selected three dresses I thought might work with my baby bump. A staff member asked if she could set up a changing room for me, and I said sure. When I got to the changing room, she'd for some reason selected six or seven other dresses for me also, effectively tripling my try-on time. I gave all the dresses a chance to be polite, and only one fit over my bump. (I suspect this salesperson had never been pregnant). A few of them were hideous and made me feel embarrassed she thought I would want to wear them. I ended up buying a dress, but it was one of the ones I picked out for myself, and I was tired and cranky from having my time wasted and being forced to make nice with a salesperson when I am very introverted and don't have energy for extra conversation even when I'm not pregnant with a toddler. Also, there was barely room for my stroller to get through the store! After all that, I don't know if I see myself coming back. On the other hand, this would have been a great experience for someone who's more extroverted and wanted personalized help. With that in mind, I've given four stars--but please try to help your staff understand why this approach is probably alienating some customers.

Their clothing can be either very cheaply made or a nice quality piece. Buying online doesn't let you know what you are getting. Their shipping turn around is extremely SLOW. I live only 20 to 25 minutes from their shipping warehouse and would love to just pick up my order, but they don't allow that. Every time I've placed an online order it takes a MINIMUM of a week if not more to receive it. And it's not because of the carrier it is because their handling time is very SLOW. It takes them 7 to 10 days to even pull the product from their shelves and ship it. The carrier is actually super-fast. Not only are they very slow, but their customer service is also lacking. Slow to respond, slow to resolve anything (if you do get a resolution). I am honestly surprised they are still in business with how unhappy a lot of customers are with them. Do yourself a favor and if you really do like their stuff go to a store not online. This company is super disorganized.

Removing a star because of the customer service in the fitting rooms - there was a grouchy older…read morewoman who got me into a room but made you feel guilty for using it or if the item didn't fit. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

We had pictures with Santa at 12pm and I got there early as I anticipated a full parking lot. But nope no issues parking. Found Santa right away in the middle of The mall by JCPenney. That truly is a beautiful set that he's in. He's also a good looking Santa! We didn't stop in or purchase anything in the stores, although we did walk thru Round 1 which was a cool arcade / small bowling venue. Lots of empty stores. . The center elevator was also out of order. So you I'd be nice to see a restaurant in here and eventually attend the Mammoth hockey practice arena to watch them practice. Also a Mammoth or Jazz souvenir shop would be really ideal.

She knew all the dresses well and helped me with those in-house as well as offered alternate options for those not available. She was super helpful including setting up a dressing room for me with some of the clothes while I continued looking. While sadly I didn't find the dress I wanted - I had a very favorable experience and would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for boho style clothes.

They said it's past the 30 days so I'm not allowed to return them. I asked if they can make an exception because I've been too busy to come in. They said absolutely not, they have a strict rule about returns now. I said can I please just exchange them for a different size or do a gift card instead? They said no. So now I'm stuck with jeans that don't fit and I only missed the 30 day return window by a week or so.
