All tags were the on it including the Koo De Ker label. I was asked by the young woman if I had the receipt. I said, no it was a gift and I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. She indicated that I was too late to return or exchange. She could even get up off her perch to see if their was one that I could buy (and sell the other one on Posh Mark). Unbelievable! It's not like I've waited until February to bring something back. Koo De Ker should mark on their labels their return policy on gifts! As I left I said, "I guess I won't be back, but you don't even care". Her response was "no I don't". I get it! It's a small boutique store but SERIOUSLY! I would suggest to the owner to do a little training. But then again, perhaps she doesn't CARE either.

Well with a return policy of 2 days and a mistake on the gender of the baby I am now stuck with a gift that won't work for a baby boy and the clerk did check with her manager to see if I could get even store credit and the answer was NO. A 2 day return policy is quite ridiculous and I would rather spend my money elsewhere where being a loyal customer means something. All tags were still attached never even taken out of the gift box. As I entered, I noticed the employee at the front desk playing on his phone. He glanced up to greet me, and then got right back to business. Now, even if he had been friendlier and more available I still would not have made a purchase (this store just is not my style), and he was not rude, but....I don't know. Make some sort of effort. Flight Boutique took over the space in Trolley Square previously inhabited by Lululemon. I had no…read moreclue, but they've been there for a while now! The interior is pretty: all high ceilinged with a giant mirror in the center, exuding luxury. They've also got that boutique store thing going on with like max six pieces of each style of clothing. And not just women's, they had a cute little section of children's, too! Brands are higher end and priced as such: Wildfox, Free People, BB Dakota, ASTR, MinkPink, etc. Lots that I like, but that I can find priced lower elsewhere (though, on my most recent visit, they had a small rack of sales goods). Of course, there is something to be said for shopping local. The dressing rooms were especially attractive. There was just one girl working, and she wasn't overly helpful, but friendly enough. It truly is a pretty store, and while I would not seek it out as a particular destination, would be worth stopping by now and then when in the area.
