Without hesitation, this was my favorite cocktail bar that we visited while vacationing in CDMX. And we arrived when they opened at 4 pm..lucky to score a nice, front and center bar stool and watch the incredibly talented ladies mixing up some pretty fine cocktails, all with fabulous cube or rectangular tall ice cubes. The ice culture here is amazing, clear, geometric cubes seem to be a must !
Hard to choose with so many different aperitivos..I started with the Negroni 1929, a mix of their local Condesa Gin Rosa, Vermouth Rosso, Campari, Nibs de Cacao garnished with a sliver of Fresa ! After, we tried the Rhymes like Dimes...and a Mango Salad.
They also have a listing of "Sin Alcohol" for those seeking a delicious mocktail.
