I called on January 13 at around 12:40 pm, not to demand a refund or a redo, but simply to let them know so they could be more careful in the future. The person who answered the phone handled it very poorly. Instead of listening, she started counting how many times I've been there and pointing out that I'm a "long-term customer," as if that determined whether my feedback mattered. She then offered to re-clean the sweater, but I had already said that wasn't what I was looking for -- I just wanted to share feedback so it wouldn't happen again. The conversation felt dismissive and oddly defensive, and it made me feel like my concern wasn't taken seriously. For a business that depends on repeat customers, the way feedback is received matters just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and basic customer care.

The interaction and her attitude did not sit well with me. I shared this with my 4 friends who were already in the store to make purchases. The experience left all of us disappointed and walked out empty handed. Because of this interaction, it will likely be quite a while before I choose to return to your store.
