Fast, Professional, Parts on Hand, Got Right to Business, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We came home to our thermostat at 75 Degrees and the actual temperature at 70. We went to check the furnace, fan came on, gas did too, but no flame. We contacted out warranty company (the one time they actually did a good thing for us in a timely manner), told them it was winter here and our furnace is malfunctioning. They told us that Mavec would be contacting us shortly. In a matter of 10 minutes we got a call from Mavec. John asked a few questions to get an idea of what was wrong and said he will be over in the next 30 minutes and he was! He got right to it. He inspected our furnace, went to the truck and had an igniter on hand. Within minutes he installed it and had us test run the furnace. All in all, from the call to repair it was about 1 hour.
