Thermostat was only a year old, but how can you prove it worked, you have to trust the technician especially when there's no air conditioning and you just want it running. While out checking the unit he noticed a corner bent and started telling her a stupid scenario of a dog rubbing up on the unit and peed all over it and to get it cleaned out it would be somewhere over $1,000. Come on, what lengths of lies you sales people go to. I told her to stay away from you guys and would recommend someone else. I would not recommend Anderson at all. It's hard to find honest heating and cooling technicians. Anderson is not one of them.

They came out for that specified time. We have 3 dogs. I have AFIB and my daughter-in-law is pregnant. Thank God the technician fixed it. All the parts necessary to do the job were on his truck. Triple Play of great service. First, it was Kyle and Clayton (sp?)...out to flush a water heater…read more and inspect a water hammer issue. Divide and conquer: Clayton handled the flush...no problems there, while Kyle tackled the water hammer, which speculated might be the result of a faucet cartridge I improperly installed. But he checked everything...water feed under the sink and even pipes in the basement (which he snugged since it looked like one of them was loose). Then it was back to the sink and the faucet cartridge. The good news? I hadn't muffed the installation! I just looked like the part was a lemon. Better news? He had the part on hand. Even better news? Both projects cost less than expected, even without using a discount card I had forgotten was taped to the fridge. In. Out. Done and done, but not before they did a thorough check for leaks. They were followed by Josh who talked me through the wide variety of furnaces they offer. Not a cheap investment, and he knows it, which is why he patiently went through all the options. I now know more about what goes into heating a home thanks to him. All three of them...courteous, professional and efficient. Thanks. A great way to start the week.

Stay away from this business! My entire cooling and heating system was left in an inoperable state…read more I called for a diagnostic of the air conditioner today because cool air isn't coming from the vents. I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!

My husband & I have better things to do than having an "agenda" as Harmonic accused. My husband was on a business trip. 3. I never called for an emergency repair. I did not switch from repair to cleaning & maintenance. I asked A. if C & M was possible afterward, unaware of 2 more with no heat. Harmonic called me "selfish" for this. 4. Any possibility A. and K. have unconscious biases towards people like me? They accused us of "manipulating" what? To save a few hundred bucks, while we spent in the tens of thousands at Harmonic's better former (aquired) company) you imagined up? 5. How could Harmonic accuse me of lying about my pain. Because I was able to and had to carry my 10 lb dog for a short moment because of her barkin? Why do I even have to explain my chronic severe back pain and mostly failed back surgeries and weak immune system? 6. I had no "agenda," but getting my heate fixed. I am not playing any "game" as accused. I am standing up for myself. 7. K.'s statistics on the number of my Goole reviews are false. 8. A. & K. are the ones who were "aggressive, harsh, unethical, disrespectful, and manipulative." Stop projecting and gaslighting.
