I see the sign of the ship on 8 mile and figure they may have good pricing on a full synthetic oil change. Moe proceeds to guide me in the service center. I explain to him "hey it doesn't look like I'm straight" he insists it's fine just pull forward. He's like come forward come forward . I'm telling him are you sure I'm not straight. He's like yeah come forward, I then hears grinding noise, and I tell him "something is not right I hear something rubbing against my tire.". He insists everything is alright. I said no something is wrong I hear something scraping my tire. Then he goes ok then back up and start over, as if he's frustrated with me bc he's lacking competency of the situation. He never goes to check to see what is actually under my tire. I put the car reverse and immediately POP! deflation of the tire flat to the rim. Glad there was a camera To view it all. what's really pissing me off is I kept telling Moe there's something under my tire and he never walks to the rear to check to see what it is until the Tire pops. Then Rob comes from the other side of the shop reviews the damage and then removes the clearly already broken jagged metal piece which is evidence of the shops negligence and threw it away in the dumpster behind the shop . They then proceed to close the damn oil change shop after putting on my spare, and after conspiring with one another, tell me they have to close, they can't do anything further, they have talk to the owner to determine IF they'll take ANYTHING off the oil change and I can come back tomorrow morning. As if after my major inconvenience I should have to drive 20mins first thing in a Saturday morning and have to pay anything towards an oil change! technically they should have offered to replace with a new tire. Did I mention I traveled from Georgia? Yeah I just bought this car and OMG it came with new tires. Rob suggested I purchase a used tire to drive 843 miles back home, a single woman alone with a small child through the Appalachian mountains of Kentucky and Tennessee. The oh well lack of concern, was appallingly disgraceful. I'm livid as hell. And now on top of an oil change have to pay $200 for a replacement tire. 10/9/2021 update: spoke with the manager, Mike today who was pleasant and attentive. Informed me they would be willing to complete the oil change for free And replace the oil filter. No compensation was offered towards the $180 tire replacement I had done at Goodyear. But at least some atonement was made. totally different concern level from yesterday to today. At least I'm safe to travel. Praise Jesus for making a way.

It's located on east 8 mile and across the street from Aldi and the plaza that Kroger sits in. I'm always afraid I'm going to miss it but there's a huge sign before it, so you can know where to turn. It's also really small, but there's usually at least two guys working and they are always super, super sweet! I am the laziest person when it comes to things like going to the gym or getting my oil changed or anything like that, so the closer, the better and more likely that'll it get done. This place is less than 3 mins away from my house, so its perfectly located right next to me. It's kind of like a drive thru oil change (again, I am lazy and have no shame) so I don't even have to get out my car, you just have to drive over a hole where one of the mechanics goes down to empty your tray, but that's easier said than done. I freak out every time on the inside, hoping my car and myself don't go crashing down into it, but one of the super sweet mechanics will help guide you over it perfectly. AND, I was there for no longer than 15 mins! In and out service for real! I promise you I have never been happier about getting my oil changed hahaha :) They aren't crazy expensive either, which is always a win. 10s across the board, I don't have one bad thing to say about this place!

I wish their estimate was accurate, but I guess it would have been too good to be true. It's still a fair price and the best around town after coupon. I got there at 8 and there were already people lined up. The wait was 2 hours, which was accurately estimated. They don't do appointments -- it's on a first come first serve basis. They have more techs coming in at 10. Overall, friendly service.

I had my vehicle towed to this repair shop due to issues with my rear differential on my 2011 F150. While my vehicle was on there property my catalytic converters were stolen (so they claim). I filed an insurance claim because of the theft, then I paid to have the converters replaced and the differential repaired. I asked the manager several times if I could see the security camera footage that would have clearly shown the converters being stolen, however, I was never allowed to see the footage. The total repair cost was over $3900. After giving these people my hard earned money (All I had) two days later my check engine light came on. I took the truck back to the shop and told the manager about my issue. The mechanic ran a diagnostic on the check engine light code and determined that the issue was the catalytic converters. The mechanic told me at that time that it was the catalytic converters so I go back into the shop and I speak to the manager, and the manager says well. We have to look at it further to see what's wrong with the catalytic converters you can bring it back tomorrow. I come back the next day thinking that it was going to be a simple process where they would just fix whatever is wrong, being that I already paid them to fix the issue, two days prior. So they hoisted up my truck then the manager came to me after about 15 minutes of looking at the truck and says that I need new turbos. I tell the manager there was no issue with the turbo's prior. His response to me was we don't know that we don't know what issues it had prior mind you they were the ones who worked on the truck and actually had the vehicle in their possession for two weeks while doing the repairs. Never once did they mention anything about turbos. The manager became very rude and immediately told me you need new turbos and I'm not paying for turbos to be put on your truck so there's nothing we can do for you. You paid us to fix the catalytic converters. We did that and now you have another issue however, the code on the check engine light says that the catalytic converters are not efficient. The code on the check engine light said nothing about turbos. The vehicle wasn't losing any power. It wasn't backfiring. It wasn't smoking. It wasn't doing anything that would indicate that there was an issue with the turbos. After going back-and-forth with a manager for a short time, he then tells me you need to get out or I'm going to call the police. I then called the police myself and told him I was not going anywhere and that I would wait for the police. I've been waiting for the police to show up. The police made a report told me that they couldn't do much because it was a civil matter, but that I definitely should take them to civil court. The police asked to see video from their security camera showing the theft of my catalytic converters. The shop manager stated that the video was no longer available and had been erased from that day so they would not be able to see that video. I took my vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion. The second Repair shop looked at my vehicle and said that the issue was the catalytic converters and that the vehicle had no issues with the turbos the catalytic converters that were put on the vehicle were not efficient!!! I've been called the manager back and told him this information right there in the second Repair shop, right in front of the repair shop owner, and the manager of Precision Tune auto repair told me that the reason the catalytic converters they put on were not efficient, is because I did not pay enough to get good ones, so they put the "aftermarket" converters on there because that's all I paid for and if I wanted to get good catalytic converters I had to pay more money! This was absolutely ridiculous. The owner of the second shop I went to for the second opinion was floored at the managers response. He felt so bad for me that he kept apologizing, even though he wasn't the one who caused the issue. I went back to Precision tune, in hopes of getting my vehicle fixed correctly, like I paid good money to have done but instead the manager pulled out mace on me cursed me out and told me to get off of there property. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF GREEDY SCAMMERS AND DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE.

He gave me the BEST DEAL out there, he worked so well with me, was completely understanding and even offered to show and teach me how he did the work. When he found other issues with the car I was like "Shit, now this is going to cost me $200 more dollars (based on experience from other mechanics of course)?" But no, he slashed that price by 75%. I certainly plan on going to him again in the near future to get more work done!
