I would hire them again. They exceeded expectations and I'm hard to impress (call me cynical). I had an old garage that was slowly falling over and had to be removed. They gave me a competitive bid, and they were so extremely careful and conscientious in their work. Space was tight to fit their equipment down my driveway but they did it, and the garage was practically on the property line with the neighbors. They carefully took down the structure a section at a time so that none of it fell on the neighbor's property. We had a real problem with a badly rutted driveway, and water flowing down said driveway from the street; (problem of being the down slope property owner with everyone up slop blacktoping!). I was prepared to wait for them to get free, but they slotted us in within a day of accepting the bid. Jakob and Justin, got here at 8:00, and were done by noon, completly regrading the driveway, laying down new gravel, compacting it and solving our street runoff problem as well. Maverick Demolition was great to work with. I had a pool I was dying to get rid of. I couldn't even get any bids to get the job done because the access was difficult. The McGehe brothers worked with me to figure out how to get the equipment to the site. I did have to wait a year for the city to give me the permit, but Maverick honored their estimate from last summer. They completed the work in two days, and as far as I can tell they did an excellent job. Jacob and Justin built a rock wall on the side of my house and did an amazing job. They were here at 8 a.m. and worked efficiently all day. They suggested curving the wall at the sides which makes it look extra nice. They picked up the rocks for me and were careful not to order too many so we didn't have to dispose of any.
