With little choice, we limped at 40mph 20 miles back to Butte. That was Saturday. We holed up in a hotel until Monday when things opened back up. Dealership service dept.s were full up. Kevin, office manager, of Car Tune took in our truck with no promise of being able to fix whatever was wrong in a hurry but did offer to run diagnostics asap. We left the vehicle with him/them and made our way back to our hotel. After only a few hours Kevin called us and said it was fixed. Indeed it was. We were able to salvage part of our intended trip and drove the truck pulling our trailer back home - 630 miles, 11.5 hours. No overheating. The truck ran perfect. Thanks Kevin, Kevin and crew! On a recommendation from another RV repair person, we called Continental Repair and left a distressed message. Bob called us back within minutes and drove to our home to help us. He assessed what the issue was and from various parts he had, created an entirely new one to replace the faulty part the RV dealer used when they replaced the generator. His skills, professionalism, efficiency and kindness are commendable. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions to ensure I understood why the faulty part did not properly work and how the part he assembled would stop the fuel leak.Because he worked so quickly and competently, we were able to continue with our plan to get the van out for our first camping trip.

I've called 2 other tow yards in town and asked for a quote from the same location for a tow and both came in at under $280. these people then wouldn't give him his other vehicle keys on the van keys until he paid the bill or turned over the title so he wouldn't have a vehicle to get there and charge him more daily storage.
