A few months ago we noticed these teeny tiny ants around the kitchen sink area which we later learned are known as ghost ants. They treated that problem successfully and we signed up for quarterly service. Really .... these technicians know their stuff ... for the initial treatment they took off some switch plates to deal with the ghost ants ... went up in the attic. Just had them come back for a renewal of the fire ant treatment. They are not only knowlegeable but also follow up to ensure we aren't having any issues.

A good business would notify you in advance that your contract was running out. He asked me if I wanted to pay or he needs to collect the cheap plastic cones. If we weren't home , would they have treated without permission ? Very strange ! Anyways , he dug up his cheap cones and left some nice holes that he was too lazy just to kick some dirt back. We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved.
