I paid $300.00. They came and put chemicals in the kitchen & Bathroom only, the Mstr path the water was shut off & there was no sinks in there... shower was gutted. The roaches were in the Mstr Bedrm. Thousands every 5 second 10-15 more. From 9:30pm to 6-4am would not stop. Coming in through the 3 outlets, there' were eggs all over the outlets. I called them more than multiple times... said they will help but no one shows up. Tomorrow is the 7th day. I have had no sleep and when I lay down in my bed the roaches crawl over my pillow and down my back. & all over my face! I never had this many roaches. Suspect thatcher planted them especially the rms I never had a roach in it, I do now! This is a nightmare! It's 12:26am it has not stopped since it got darks. I have been using Ace Pest Management for over a year now. I started out with a fire ant issue in our back yard ... they treated and followed up with subsequent inspections to ensure the application had worked. A few months ago we noticed these teeny tiny ants around the kitchen sink area which we later learned are known as ghost ants. They treated that problem successfully and we signed up for quarterly service. Really .... these technicians know their stuff ... for the initial treatment they took off some switch plates to deal with the ghost ants ... went up in the attic. Living in Florida we have bugs - I have been invaded not only did the tech Coby come out a couple times, the owner Randy came as well to be sure my issue was being taken care of. This is the WORST pest control company in three counties! They charged me high $$$$ to get rid of my ants, fire and ghost ants, and NEVER did. Still living with ants! When confronted, they did nothing but the same thing each time they came out... stupid traps that do NOTHING! Even sent a letter to the owner, heard NOTHING! I have read some good reviews here, but they are rare. They are plenty of people out there as unhappy as I am; I have spoken with them. I only hope they post there dissatisfaction here as well. If you want service this is the company to hire. Called for inspection for termites and within 1 hour a technician was at my home. The technician was professional and informative. We were lucky and did not have termites. Very please with the company and technician. If we need pest control we would hire this company. read more

I recently hired Ace Pest Management to handle my Pest problems. Had previously used two National Companies with promises made to solve my ongoing issues with Carpenter Ants and darn Ghost ants. This had been issue for almost three years and neither National Companies solved problem. Problem solved when Lee came to my home from Ace and spent over an hour inspecting interior and exterior of home he then made a detailed graph of and had taken time to mark all entry points he observed pest actually entering home. He then took me for a walk around the exterior of my home showed me everything he had marked on graph explain to me in detail what was causing a lot of my problem is no one had ever bothered to explain to me before simple things such as trimming back shrubbery recaulking certain window areas that had cracked by redoing caulking would cause insects not to have such easy entry to my home. Lee wound up spending almost 2 hours of my home over a pest control problem that I've been battling for almost 3 years I chose to go with Ace because of Lee's true concerns about my dilemma. He scheduled service to be performed that day he showed up at 9 left at 11:15 I believe had a technician here at 3 Josh my tech who I love then spent over an hour and 40 minutes taking his time to address everything on Lee's graft plus a couple things that he spotted that he was concerned about entry those areas also on the exterior of the home then he came inside and professionally treated my interior my home by removing switch plates in kitchen and bathrooms treating inside the walls and treating Plumbing areas under all sinks and thoroughly treated my garage many more things they did exterior was amazing all the work they did out there and my children all our pets are all quite safe by their treatment many of the things he did on the inside of the home plus including treating the Attic which has always been my nightmare with the carpenter ants he placed some type of strip up there and told me he would remove it when he came back on the follow-up in 10 days which he did on the follow-up he checked inside the home did minor Retreat on interior volume in the garage and retreated the exterior of the home the second time. He told me with an 8 to 10 days after that second treatment problem should be solved not only did he follow up with a phone call Lee actually showed up in person three weeks after the treatments have been done guess what folks 3 years of nonsense promises non shows by other companies rescheduling by the company is waiting for 5 days for people to show up on follow-ups has ended. I'm with a company now that I know I can count on has great follow-up great ethics wonderful people family-owned business who actually care about their customers it is so refreshing to meet that sort of company where has Ace been all my life LOL read more
