Mount Zion was the last shop I visited​. I had heard fantastic things about them and wanted to see their shop. It is to say at the least impressive. I knew as soon as I saw the shop these guys are a cut above every other shop I'd consider. They were going to do my lift. I met with Roy and as we sat at his desk he built me a custom 2.5 to 3 inch lift that covered all the bases and took into consideration that my Jeep was also my daily driver. He got me scheduled and ordered my parts and shortly there after it was in the shop. Roy built me a fantastic lift and I couldn't be happier with the work. It's settled in it drives fantastic. What impressed me most was the attention to detail Roy took. The suspension geometry is dead on. This is something the other shops hadn't even considered. I highly recommend if you're considering a build there's no need to go anywhere else. These guys are the best at what they do, and I can say I'm a happy customer and I'm already planning to have the guys at Mount Zion continue my build. Thanks guys for a job well done

Terrible experience here. I got a state inspection and some body work done. We just moved from out…read moreof town and when I called I asked questions about what the inspection would be/cost; the receptionist gave me all kinds of attitude and made me feel stupid. They let me use a loaner which was nice, and several hours later called me to tell me the work had been done and billed me. Maybe I'm alone in this - but I prefer my mechanic to confirm the cost of the work before they "do" the work - the receptionist argued with me about this too. When I picked up the car they let me know that unfortunately they couldn't get the part (a front grille assembly) to fit properly and there was a large panel gap. Very frustrating. The part was brand new and the technician confirmed the part was not the problem - they botched the installation and bent some of the tabs holding it in place... so to recap, they screwed up the job and charged full price anyway. Icing on the cake - my new mechanic noticed they removed several of the trim fasteners from the front and "forgot" to replace. Never going here again.

I called complete car Care talk to Eric he told me to bring it in so I got there before he was getting ready to close and explain the situation to him, so he told me to bring it back the next day and I did first thing the next day. He took it for a test drive with me and explained everything on what it was doing and what it could be. He looked at it and found out I needed a starter and carburetor cleaned and some other things had to be done he was very thorough on what it was and what had to be done. There was some things that had to be fixed but I didn't have the time, I had to get on the road back to Pittsburgh PA. But I am thankful he got me back on the road where I can handle the hills better and make it back. If I had more time I would have let him complete everything. He is a very good mechanic. You know that auto dealers always exaggerate in what they ask. Faulkner Nissan wanted me to change…read morethe whole power steering wheel, and two breaks, along with bleeding the brakes. They were asking for over $2300. I was wondering how I could've gotten into trouble with the power steering since I only use my car to go to my job as a school teacher, and it's 5 minutes away. Greg checked it and said it only needed adjustment. All in all, it costs $1300, including alignment. The bigger surprise was that the car got detailed for free. He even checked the battery and cleaned it, which I had completely forgotten about, and the Nissan dealership didn't even mention it.
