Just went in for an inspection. The owner was there while an employee inspected my car. They were both extremely friendly and shoutout to Randoll for being flexible, I forgot to put my new insurance card in and he noticed the one I had in my car was expired, but he let me pull up the digital one on my phone and he was able to proceed with that, definitely saved me a headache of having to go back home and print it. The 50% off inspection/emissions deal basically drops the price to normal prices of around $45, which beats my previous inspection shop by about $5. I have not been here for anything other than yearly inspection, but I spoke with the owner and he seemed very knowledgeable. Although I try to stay loyal to another shop for repairs, I'll certainly come back for at least my inspection. read more

Ok get cocky with me. Your Yelp ad says you work on clasics, 2 Alex never told me you don't work on classics, I was there I saw they guy work on my classic in fact Alex even took a picture of my car. Besides the fact that all 3 of those facts would not support your theory that you don't work on classics I certainly won't come back. I hate having to chase down people that supposedly want my business. That was the only thing the follow-up was about. I'm hardly the only one that says that. Anytime you talk to your neighbors or friends all you hear anymore is, how there's no folllow-up or through, people don't know how to do their jobs, etc. It gets old when you spend your day re-calling everyone that was supposed to get back to you with information that I have no idea if they even did what they said yet I should chase them down? I just mentioned Alldata because they had this data why drop it? Alex and I had already agreed that I would purchase all parts because he said that it's hard for you to get parts which was fine with me since I know how the car was mostly put together. When I got the car there were problems that had to be fixed because it was converted from a sb to a bb but it wasn't done right. I was the one that corected them but I suffer medical problems and I can't do what I once did. I can't imagine why he would say I don't know what I need. Curious? But whatever, there's obviously some need to deny responsability in the shop which is concerning. I already had most of the parts I needed for the jobs I was asking for estimates to complete. I was asked about the rear axle seals which I wasn't going to replace because they weren't leaking but agreed that I would get them and there was an odd option to get an exhaust manifold gasket with the oil pan gasket that I guessed might be because the exhaust may need to be removed to drop the oil pan but since I had no way of getting under the car to see I couldn't possibly know. I know we had a hell of a time getting the headers replaced which the prior owner took a hammer to in order to get around the steering box. It's very tight on the driver's side of the engine even the last matching bolt on the valve cover had to be forgone because of space. read more

Never been so disappointed in an automotive shop in my life. We took my daughters car there for emissions & inspection and to have a bulb replaced in the tail light. They called to tell her there were numerous things wrong, totaling almost $400. Fine! Then we drive by there later that evening and her car is gone. At no point did they tell her the car would leave the shop. Called the cops who got in touch with them. They called her back and said they outsource their alignments. Ok fine but why wouldn't they disclose that to the customers? We go to pick up the car. She gets in and the bulbs are still sitting on the front seat. How can a vehicle pass inspection with a blown bulb. Alex "the manager" attempts to say they were working when I did the inspection. Why the f#*+ would we randomly have light bulbs sitting on the seat if one wasn't blown? They told her it would be $5 to replace the bulb since she already had the bulbs she needed. I told Alex, don't stand there and lie to me. Randy, who was very helpful came out, and pulled the bulb. It was blown. How did it magically work when he did the inspection and not when we got it back? Now I'm questioning if anything they said was "wrong" was even wrong or Alex was just trying to make a little extra money. I'm so pissed off! Wish I could give them 0 stars!! So you're telling me that the sensor on the dash which clear says there was a light out issue for 2 weeks before bringing the vehicle to you and was still on when we picked it up magically worked for The 5 seconds while you were inspecting it? You're lying! When Randy pulled the old bulb it was blown and we checked it numerous times by pressing the the break 2 weeks before even bringing it to you. It was definitely blown! Why was she told it would cost $5 to replace the bulb since she'd already bought them? Why wasn't it disclosed to her the vehicle would be sent somewhere else for the alignment? read more

I went for emissions and inspections and not only do they cost a lot, they had a long list of why my car failed! It would have been over $1000 in repairs!! Upset, i went and paid for more tests at a more reputable honest place that a friend recommended to me. They explained that the report had repairs that were not necessary to pass inspection but we're more precationary. I got my oil changed here and they were very quick and friendly. I needed my tire patched and they did it for no extra charge. Also, I have had issues with my heat shield on my car and the mechanic put pins in it to keep it from rattling as it had rattled itself lose previously. They did this with no extra cost, as I'm sure it was just as annoying for the mechanic to listen to all that awful noise coming from my car as it was for me. I was going to drop $110 that Friday at the Subaru dealership to get it welded into place, but pinning it into place was all that it needed! Definitely saved me time and money.
