DO NOT TRUST THIS GARAGE WITH YOUR VEHICLE OR YOUR SAFETY! If you drive a heavy-duty truck, stay as…read morefar away from R&G Auto as possible.I brought my 6.7L F-250 to them for a routine alignment and a wheel bearing replacement. They went completely radio silent and never provided a legally mandated written estimate or got my signed authorization--a direct violation of Pennsylvania consumer protection laws. I had to call them two days later, only for them to state, "Oh yeah, it's done. It will be $1,060."The true nightmare began when I picked up the truck. It was still grinding, and the steering wheel was shaking violently, which it never did before I dropped it off. They actively sent me down the road in a dangerous, structurally compromised vehicle without a single care for my safety. When I brought it back, they tried to blame a front bearing. To eliminate that excuse, I replaced the front bearing myself. Two days later, it was still shaking, so I brought it back again. This time, they tried to claim my differential was bad.Knowing they were guessing, I took it to Williams Ford for a second opinion. That is where the truth was uncovered. R&G Auto had cut a massive gouge directly into my axle housing--a permanently fixed, non-serviceable structural component where the bearing seats. They completely destroyed the axle assembly and hid the damage from me, letting me drive off with a ruined drivetrain. They refused to fix it, only offering to refund the original $1,060. However, Ford required $5,400 to completely replace the ruined rear axle housing, forcing me to pay out of pocket.Their hack job also forced me to take the truck to Mavis twice. First, Mavis had to redo the alignment, which R&G left completely out by .17. The manager at Mavis was completely shocked that my brand-new tire even made the drive from Athens to Wysox without blowing out. On the second trip, Mavis had to completely rebalance the tires because someone at R&G had ripped the inside rim sticky wheel weights off while attempting the initial alignment, leaving my wheel completely unbalanced. In total, R&G's negligence and lack of care left my work truck broken down and out of commission for 51 days straight.I took them to local small claims court to recover my actual costs and my 51 days of heavy-duty loss of use (demanding around $6,700 for parts/labor and $5,300 for vehicle use). The courtroom was an absolute joke. It pays to be friends in a small town. The garage owner openly called the magistrate by a shortened nickname throughout the hearing. The judge let the defendants act as their own "expert witnesses" simply because he "knew they've been mechanics a long time." The garage's only piece of evidence was a photograph of a completely different vehicle, which made no sense. Unbelievably, the judge ignored Ford's factory documentation and only awarded me the original $1,060.

They are a locally owned shop, which means they are not tied in to some large corporation not even in the valley. They've done everything from rotating tires and oil changes to replacing an engine in my 72 Pontiac convertible. Russ and George started this business by knowing what they're doing. They themselves have older muscle cars and newer also and they work on your vehicle as if it is their own is my opinion. They have always fixed what was broken and never had to inflate the price but if they see something bad they bring it to your attention and I've always trusted their opinions.

I took my car in for routine maintenance, and the mechanic had the audacity to remove my glove box. When I opened the door, my paperwork spilled out, some landing on their filthy garage floor. I asked the mechanic why he didn't put it back, and he had the nerve to reply, "WAS I SUPPOSED TO?" Then he just walked away, leaving me to clean up his mess. The girl at the front desk was equally indifferent. They simply don't give a damn. I also had the paperwork showing that my tires were in bad shape, yet they were brand spanking new, purchased two weeks before. SO THEY WOULD NOT bring up the tires but they did. I called the place where my tires came from and he said. Places like these are only in it for the money. They lie through their teeth. If your vehicle has issues, you'll be waiting weeks for the next appointment. So, if it's a serious problem, you're stuck without a car. And don't get me started on their scams. You get brand new brakes, and they'll tell you you need new ones again. They thrive on upcharging every single part of your vehicle. GO TO A PLACE THAT VALUES YOU!

I want to be realistic with my review, so it's technically a 2.5 star review…read more I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid minivan from another dealership a few hours from where I live. It began acting up and I scheduled a visit with Ferrario automotive to repair it. I waited with my toddler while it received "software" updates, because this is my only vehicle. Shortly thereafter, it began repeating the same infotainment issues. I rescheduled another visit with Alex, the service advisor, for 11/17. Due to illness I was forced to reschedule. On 11/26/22 it stalled in the center of the roadway with oncoming traffic booths ways. After several minutes I was able to restart it and took it back into the shop. They replaced an auxiliary battery, but didn't repair the infotainment system as previously scheduled. I was provided a loaner during this visit, and that is a major plus. Sadly, the repair didn't fix the issues. It died again 1/26/23 and no one could get it to restart. I was forced to use my AAA to torres it 19 miles, because STELLANTIS will only authorize 13 miles! I wasn't given a loaner, estimate of how long it would take and was treated in a very hostile manner. I asked did I need to get an attorney, and was then told they could no longer help me and to pick up the vehicle! They said it was not operational! I had a friend drive me to the dealership and follow me home. Within 19 miles it died again in the store parking lot! I had to have it towed again. This time to another dealership! I do not recommend this dealership based off of MY experience! asked did I need to contact an attorney?

Let me begin by saying that the people here are pleasant, and if you are looking for an oil change,…read moreit seems fine. It isn't inexpensive, and they try to upsell you on lots of different things, but if you stick to your guns, you are in and out in a half hour with $100 oil/filter change. In my case, I always rotate tires with an oil change. My usual service place was backed up; couldn't get in before a long trip and I wanted to be sure I was on spot with my service interval before I left. After the oil/filter change, and batting away the upsells, the manager tells me they can't rotate my tires because my lug nuts are "swollen." So I never heard of that, asked him to show me, and what I saw was a scratched up lug cover from prior removal. He refused to perform the service. I went home, pulled out my lug wrench, and it fit the nuts just fine. I'm not really equipped to swap tires on my own anymore, so I went to another place a block or two from Valvoline. Although they thought it odd that I wanted a tire rotation alone, without the oil/filter change, they put it on the lift, and the tires were rotated ten minutes later. I'm frustrated because had they told me that they couldn't do them, I would have left; most places discount the bundled services. Wound up costing me more and taking more time. And the young man who impressed me with his manager title and six years experience left me questioning whether I'd use them again.
