Instead they charged me over $200 for a redundant diagnostic test that had already been performed. The shop is immaculate, and my experience has shown me that only when you have techs that are competent and care about their environment are you able to maintain such cleanliness and organization. It also indicates how well they'll care for your vehicle. They recommended a Kumho tire, branded for Mavis, as an alternative to the Wranglers that had now been discontinued. I had them perform a wheel alignment as well (always do this when buying new tires) and my truck tracks straight as an arrow. The shop manager discounted services for me and added extended road hazard and wear warranty to give me the best value he could, competing successfully with three other area businesses. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, I like how the tires look on my truck, and I'm happy with the ride quality. Hopefully I'll get as many miles out of these as I did on my previous two sets of Wranglers. Five stars.
