She is only allowed to call my cell phone. She completely violated my privacy and all she had in response was a snotty lie and deny attitude. Her manager, Lela, was appalled at her unprofessional behavior and her lack of respect for customers and company policy and apologized for Skyler's rudeness but i won't ever go here again. Skyler also left 3 reminder messages on my phone, which she said was her job.....her manager told me she was only allowed to call once. Money Mart in Flag has way less paperwork and after the first visit you can borrow over the phone and pay back over the phone....definitely worth skipping the Skyler experience.

My nephew took out a "registration loan" with these guys for $3200. According to the loan…read moreagreement he'd end up paying back the principal plus over $5000 in interest and finance charges. This was back in March 2022. After he'd paid about $1800 (over half the principal) he called them to ask what the payoff figure would be if he paid the loan off in full today. He'd just got his 401K refund from his old job and wanted to pay off this loan now so he did not have to end up paying over $8400 total over the course of the loan agreement. He was told he could NOT come in and pay off the principal in one lump sum, he'd have to keep making the payments until the entire $8400 was paid off. He wanted to pay off the amount he borrowed, the full $3200, and THEY REFUSED TO TAKE HIS PAYMENT! This is, of course, illegal, but then this outfit has always been notorious for shady dealing with their customers. Avoid doing business with these crooks at all costs, you'd be better off with a Mafia loan shark! I would not give them any stars but you have to give at least 1 to post the review!
