She is only allowed to call my cell phone. She completely violated my privacy and all she had in response was a snotty lie and deny attitude. Her manager, Lela, was appalled at her unprofessional behavior and her lack of respect for customers and company policy and apologized for Skyler's rudeness but i won't ever go here again. Skyler also left 3 reminder messages on my phone, which she said was her job.....her manager told me she was only allowed to call once. Money Mart in Flag has way less paperwork and after the first visit you can borrow over the phone and pay back over the phone....definitely worth skipping the Skyler experience.

They thoroughly screwsd up a deceased customer's account and somehow are making it the living spouse's problem. Chase, do your job. Do everything at once. Ask open-ended questions, remove the deceased person, and add the stepped-up co-trustee to the accounts. If one account isn't in trust, ask what we should do. THIS BRANCH IS RUN BY INCOMPETENT PERSONNEL.

I had a business transaction that could only be handled by Chase Bank, hence the reason for my visit. Anyway, I went to this location and dealt with Katie Jarrell, Lead Associate Operations Officer and all I can say is she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'd initially gone in on a Friday morning (yesterday) to handle things which is when I first met with Katie. Later that afternoon, I realized that I had forgotten to deal with something (my error) related to the visit. Long story short, I head back in early the next morning (today, Saturday) and see her smiling face behind the front counter as soon as I walked in, quickly explained to her what I'd forgotten to do and she was ON IT! Without going into a ton of details, she remembered my name when I walked in and greeted me by it (awesomeness :-) was completely easy going and had a 'getter done' kind of attitude when I explained what it was I had to complete. Not only that, she said she'd call me as soon as she heard something and she DID - during the time frame when she said she would. (Note: I'm a HUGE fan when people actually DO what they say they're going to do!) I also dealt with a banker named Jim briefly when I went in today. Jim was also pleasant and extremely helpful. Lastly - a super important detail here - they were SHORT HANDED and she still handled me, and everyone else she was working with like a ROCKSTAR! If for some reason I ever become disenchanted with my present (local) banking institution and had to go a nationwide type bank, I wouldn't hesitate to go to THIS Chase location. Highly recommend!

I decided to give it another try and made the appointment as requested. Showed up on time,credit union was empty of customers. Three employees. The one i was supposed to speak with was on a loud personal conversation about used cars that did not end at the time of our appointment. I waited for a few minutes and left. Nah, Ill open an account elsewhere.

I've been a credit union member for over 40 years and an AZ Central customer for 4-5 years. I…read moreunderstand the CU model and expect member-first policies. Unfortunately, AZ Central doesn't deliver. The fees are excessive. Being charged $15 to move money between my own money market and checking account is unreasonable. Even worse was a $50 overdraft fee for a one-time mistake, with no automatic transfer from my reserve account--something my previous credit union handled with a small processing fee. I would add that their app is horrible. Functionally, it works, I'll give it that - but the notification function, should you enable it, is total dreck. I rarely get notifications, and when I do, they're often hours or even days after a transaction has taken place. If I log into my account using my computer, it triggers a landslide of notifications that are apparently queued up. Again, NONE of these are timely, so what's the point? Publishing a fee schedule doesn't make these policies member-friendly. These practices feel far more like commercial banking than a true credit union. I'm moving my accounts to another local CU that better reflects the cooperative mission.
