I love the privacy and thoughtfulness that has gone into these clubs! Reformer Pikates starting in March and was lucky enough to get some private time in the studio with other Instructors! Check in was easy and they have a towel service! Enjoyed the lap pool! Great place to visit

During my first visit a few days prior, I was informed that while my current membership does not include Signature Club access, I could pay a $10 guest fee per visit. I agreed to this and was happy to return, as I truly enjoyed the facility and felt it was worth the additional drive and cost. However, upon arriving for my visit on April 14, I was informed that the club does not accept Apple Pay or any form of phone payment, and that I was required to have a physical credit card. This requirement had never been communicated to me previously. I asked if there could be any accommodation given the circumstances--such as billing my account or waiving the fee for this one visit since I had already made the 30-minute drive and was unaware of the payment limitation. Unfortunately, the General Manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly quite rude. His tone and demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I asked for his name, he told me "Sean," which I later discovered was not his real name. I have since learned his name is Shehryar Siddiqui. I found this particularly troubling, as it reflects a lack of accountability and professionalism. This experience was especially upsetting for me. I am a full-time caregiver for my mother, and it takes considerable effort for me to arrange the time to travel to this location. I arrived looking forward to something positive for myself, only to be treated in a way that left me feeling embarrassed and emotionally distressed. I have been a loyal member of LA Fitness since my time at Bally Total Fitness in King of Prussia nearly 28 years ago, and I have never experienced this level of disrespect at any of your facilities. Due to this interaction, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. I believe this situation warrants attention, as no member should be treated this way.

When I showed up at this location, the person working the check in counter told me they do not accept this, and he does not know what this is. He said they do not have any sales people in the premises, so he does not know to verify this. He was a little standoffish, and acted like he couldn't be bothered. It was a good thing, my friend who has a membership, and at least was able to get me in as a plus one. Please, train your staff how to do this. First impression counts, and I was not happy with the treatment I received.

The sauna is well-maintained and incredible. What makes this club. What is the driving force behind this club is a gentleman named Chris. I believe Chris is in charge of maintenance, but he seems to do so much more. The club is incredibly clean. Rarely is a machine down. Chris is a constant at this club. He is quick to say hello, and he is a very positive presence. I believe Chris is so well liked that members got him a Christmas present. Great club. Great vibes Far far superior is so many ways to a so called elite club like Broomall which feels like you are in a mall, the vibe is poor because staff is generally unfriendly, unhappy to be there and nothing seems to work. Sauna and steam room both haven't worked for a very long time. I know members who gave left bc of no steam, no sauna. I know members who have left bc of staff like Andrew and others. Broomall is a very hard gym to enjoy, and vs. Springfield, there is no comparison. If it comes down to people; Springfield wins big.

Trainers: Rob and his staff are very hands on and helpful. Regardless if you are a visitor or a regular, you will get focused attention on your technique and form. Additionally, they are very knowledgeable. They have trainers that specialize on everything from powerlifting to nutrition. On top of that they are exceptionally friendly and interested in your time spent at CFDV. 2. Space: They have all the equipment needed for any type of workout, and plenty of space to get it done without being on top of the person next to you. You never have to run waves of workouts. 3. Programming: There is almost always a strength portion and a met-con portion to the workout. CFDV doesn't follow the main site, and does a much better job of giving a full workout in the hour that you spend with them. 4. The People: They welcome visitors like they've known them their entire lives. Regardless if you have been doing CrossFit for 5 days, you will not be intimidated by this box. The members are as helpful as the staff. 5. Class sizes: Typically anywhere from 5-12 in a class with a primary trainer and a backup for the larger classes. The Philadelphia area has many boxes to choose from, but I drive the extra 20 minutes to go to CrossFit Delaware Valley.

I have been going for about two months now and have only become more motivated after each class to keep coming back. I have physical limitations as well as 'can't quote do that yet' limitations and have always been able to discuss what I can do and what I can try to do with the coaches. The fellow members are super friendly and inviting. Even if you don't know someone they are bound to come up and introduce themselves which makes coming back all the easier. The gym is its own little village and has made it a great experience so far.
