There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He couldn't do it, even though he agreed. He came to do the job but never provided me with a receipt or the written letter I needed. He kept avoiding my calls and text messages over a simple letter.
