From the initial service call through the follow-up, everyone was professional, responsive and extremely helpful. We were dealing with an unexpected A/C failure that appeared to be related to recent lightning and storm activity in the area. The technician (and team) took the time to explain what he was seeing, discussed the likely cause with us, and helped us understand our options. Our particular unit is no longer manufactured and replacement parts can be difficult to find. Rather than simply recommending that we replace the entire system, Aaron's AC took the time to locate a compatible condenser that would work with our existing equipment. That effort allowed us to address the problem without having to undertake a much more extensive and costly full-system replacement. Once the solution was identified, the team handled everything extremely quickly and professionally. I especially appreciated their communication, resourcefulness and willingness to find the right solution for us rather than simply the easiest one.
