Sure enough it was the missing pieces, my workout today felt responsive mentally and physically. He was very thorough in explaining what certain products do, what is good and what is bad. He also listened to what we were currently using and what our goals were and recommended products for us. Whole bunch of Max Muscle supplements but unfortunately not much to choose from if you looking for a variety of other manufacturers. But if you're even remotely serious about body building or getting in shape chances are you can find what you need here. Make sure to bring your wallet with you cuz Max Muscle supplements are definitely not cheap. I stopped in here because I was looking to buy some protein powder since MusclePharm got caught Amino spiking and I needed something quick. The gentleman running the counter was friendly and seemed pretty knowledgeable. He even made me a sample of one of their protein powders with some water and a blender cup. I've been to plenty of other supplement stores and never had anyone offer to give me a sample. I thought that was a pretty nice touch. I ended up buying a bag of their protein powder when initially I didn't think I would. My fiancé and I went in today to just look around and possibly get a new prework out. We were looking around when Sarah greeted us. She asked if we needed any help we said just looking. She wasn't trying to be pushy or anything. We started chatting about prework out and what good ones are. We choose DFine8 and super carnitine to mix to give us that extra boost for our workouts. We also picked up BCAA to drink during our workout to help us recover. Sarah was so helpful. She also asked what protein we drink. I said I don't drink any because I don't like it.
