I often buy supps at vitamin shop but employee there normally don't use supps and can't really recommend anything they personally use. Bridget recommended what she uses and luckily we both are in a similar training plan that involves running with strength training and she knew the exact supplement I needed to keep me level and avoid crashes in my workout! Highly suggest this store for supps, if not just go in to get some knowledge!

They may be small(ish) in size compared to your typical supermarket, but they more than make up for it with their incredibly thoughtful selection of goods. From health food products to pantry staples, and from organic produce from local farms to wine and even greeting cards/gifts by local artists, Aptos Foods can easily be a one-stop shop for everyone! They even have natural and organic skincare brands like Mad Hippie and those machines that grind fresh peanut butter and almost butter (love those!). Stopped by with my girlfriend because she needed to pick up some vitamins. The store was clean and…read morewell organized as is every Vitamin Shoppe. We were greeted twice -- once by the cashier and once by a team member stocking the shelves. I forget what type of vitamins she purchased but it was about $60 for one bottle which I thought was expensive. But hey, you can really put a price tag on your health. I didn't realize how many beauty focused products they carry like collagen and a bunch of vitamin E based items. They also carry several brands of energy drinks and protein bars. Good selection for the gym junkies! It's also in a great location because it's in a plaza across the street from Oakridge Mall with plenty of parking. Oh, and I hear that you get good deals and discounts through their loyalty program. Might be worth signing up for if you're visiting these branches often.
