There were two employees in there and the one that greeted me and took my order was great! She was very friendly and upbeat - she seemed happy to be there. While waiting for the smoothie, a mom and her son came in and the small crew of 2 had a really friendly interaction with them. It seemed as though they must be regulars as it seemed as though they were picking up on a previously had conversation. These small things are great examples of customer service that I wouldn't be quick to expect from a chain establishment. It was great to see! The smoothie was out within 5 minutes and was delicious!
