I'm super excited to have Fitlife Foods in Wesley Chapel! We have nothing like it here. I especially like the items marked as low carb and gluten free. There are also vegan marked items for my vegan buddies like Joel! I tried the salmon with quinoa. That was alright to me. I picked a small entree of Korean beef which had a nice flavor. I also picked up a carrot cake which was super tasty and moist. I look forward to coming back and trying all they have to offer including breakfast items, snacks, salads, & entrees. They have choices from breakfast, regular meal, to dessert. The meal including bison meat. I like steak Asada with the unique sauce to accompanied. I can eat two or three box. By the way, the box meal come small, medium or large. Price varies depend which dish you have selected. The selection include vegetarian or fruit. They also have the gluten free items. The smaller box is roughly $7. I can see to use it for the night time snack compare to 6 chicken wings. You can design for your weight loss. For me, I am going for the taste. I attended the grand opening of fitlife foods, so my experience was a bit large scaled compared to normal. I was really impressed by the quantity of items available. The quality is in the meal. The chef was sampling salmon and quinoa. I personally love quinoa, that and salmon I was happy. But the crispness of the peppers in the fresh sauce is what makes it special. Fitlife has amazing sauces, and that's I enjoy. You select what size you'd like, to fit your personal diet. For someone living a single lifestyle just skip the grocery store and come here. The time saved preparing meals here is worth it. I really enjoy their snacks like the carrot cake, Andrew's brownie, and the chili lime dip. The only thing I can recommend... Is posting pictures of the meals somewhere. Either next to their label, or on a rolling marquee slide show, or even on the menu. With the grand opening the refrigerator doors kept opening nonstop... And with so many people curious to look at everything it got a little crowded. But I'm sure corporate is already working on something. read more

I remembered when the first fitlife foods was open at Carrollwood couple years ago . Since then this business has expensed to so many different locations. I was glad they opened this one in Wesley Chapel. The concept of fitlife is for people who want to eat healthy but wouldn't bother the work of designing recipe, shopping, cooking and cleanup. They got so many different choices of breakfast, lunch or dessert items. I tried couple dinners and they tasted good. There are 2 microwave ovens and sitting area In the store so customers can eat right there. Eating healthy is a good thing. Fitlife is helping people to achieve that. read more

I stopped by this place after I got a massage next door. I heard it just opened and figured why not try it out. The food tastes decent but the portions are rather small. So to have a meal you really need the medium and large meals. One of the medium meals I had was just under $8 and the other large was just under $13. Personally at that price for the large, I would rather go to Ciccio Cali and get myself a hot and spicy tuna bowel with spaghetti squash or kale. The snacks and desserts were okay tasting and I could see if you had a sweet tooth these may be healthier options. I think if you do not cook at all and don't know how to find held thy meals eating out this may be a good option, every now and again. But spending almost $900 upfront for $1000 in meals as a member doesn't seem like a good option. As someone who cooks, I know I can make similar health meals for 1/4 of the price since fresh groceries from Publix runs me about $60 per week. Bottom Line: Not a good value for the money read more

I have been a customer of Fitlife Foods since the end of May 2016. I was excited to see that Fitlife opened this location to serve the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area! After a brief meeting with a wellness coach (which is completely free, by the way), she took my stats and we talked about my goals. Based on my preferences, she developed a weekly meal plan for me (I do lunch and dinner, but you can do any combination of meals you like, including breakfasts and/or snacks.) The key here is that Fitlife Foods isn't "diet food" or gimmicky, bland, pre-packaged food plans you may have done elsewhere. It is freshly prepared food, prepared daily, locally, and delivered to each location - refrigerated, not frozen. Each meal stays fresh for several days, giving you plenty of time to pick up multiple days at a time. The food is prepared in healthier ways than most people are used to, and the portions are reasonably sized for what you *should* be eating as part of a healthy diet. That said, most entrees come in 3 sizes - small, medium, and large (although a few are one size only.) Based on your stats and your goals, you can decide which size is best for you. Personally, I choose the medium sizes - I find these to be the right amount of food for me (and I am a larger size man.) The meals are flavorful and aren't loaded with unnecessary sodium - something that most people get far too much of in their diets. Even so, they are still delicious. Occasionally, a couple of entrees will be replaced by seasonal or newer items, which I always look forward to. Whatever your tastes, they can probably accommodate - they have vegan options, lower carb choices, salads, etc.. Two minutes in the microwave, and you've got a fresh, hot, healthy meal without the worry. Cost-wise, the meals are about comparable to what I'd be spending on myself at the grocery store each week anyway - and for the added benefit, it's an easy choice. Although I like them all, my personal favorite entrée is the Chicken Enchilada - it feels indulgent, yet really isn't. By following a plan of eating Fitlife for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, I have lost 50 pounds since I began. I have a yogurt and a banana for breakfast (I never was a big breakfast person), and healthy snacks every 2 hours. For me, the trick is in tracking my calorie intake accurately (MyFitnessPal is great for this), exercising, drinking plenty of water, and knowing where I stand at all times. On 1500-1600 calories a day, that's the plan that worked for me. I still have a bit more to lose, but because of the food here, I was able to put myself on the right path. I can't say enough about this concept; it is both brilliant from a business standpoint, and extremely useful from a consumer standpoint. The staff at the Wesley Chapel location has treated me well - they are friendly, helpful and supportive. If you haven't tried Fitlife yet, give it a shot - try an entrée or two and see for yourself. Whether you want to lose weight, or you're an athlete, or a busy professional, or anything in between - there's something here for everyone. There's no "commitment" - pick up as many meals as frequently or as infrequently as you like, come and go as you please. Stop by for lunch. The food I purchased yesterday (1 meal, 1 snack, 1 salad) was incredibly subpar. The meet was overcooked, rubbery, and fatty. The hummus had a funky taste, too. Customer service was severely lacking.
